I share my personal journey of feeling abandoned by my dad and how, before he passed, I finally got the peace I needed when he opened up about why he stayed away. It wasn’t easy, but it helped me understand the generational wounds he carried.

I also talk about how we choose the families we’re born into, and how healing starts with looking at all those pieces that made us who we are—what came from mom, dad, and even from their parents. It’s not easy, but it’s part of what we signed up for in this lifetime.
