    Michelle also co-founded The CSR Academy and serves as a mentor for Women in HVACR. Outside the business world, she leads community efforts in Northern Virginia as the Chair of the Christmas in Middleburg Parade and co-owns Wise Coatings of Loudoun with her husband, Doug.

    With roots in design and a passion for structure and scalability, Michelle is a force behind some of the most successful companies in the trades today.

    She’s a graduate of Oxford’s Advanced Management and Leadership Program and a Master Graduate of Rapport Leadership. As a trainer and mentor, she’s committed to helping others rise to their full potential.

    Raised in Las Vegas, Alexia has always believed in thinking big and doing what others say can’t be done. After scaling a small HVAC company, she expanded into solar, eventually acquiring and leading Bell Electrical Systems before selling the company in 2023.

    Today, she serves as the General Manager of ES Solar in Las Vegas, driving growth and advancing a more sustainable energy future—while mentoring the next generation of fearless leaders.
