  • You’re Letting Fear Decide Your Future
    2026/10/20

You know you’re capable of more. So why are you holding yourself back?

Sometimes, it’s not a lack of ability that stops you reaching your next level. It’s the fear of not being good enough, the self-doubt that makes you question yourself, and the beliefs that convince you it might not work out.

In this episode, I’m exploring how fear and self-doubt can dictate your decisions, keep you playing small, and stop you moving towards the life or goals you really want.

    In this episode, you’ll discover:

    • Why fear and self-doubt can hold you back even when you’re capable.
    • How to recognise the beliefs that are blocking your next level.
    • Why nobody else can do the inner work for you.
    • How to take the emotion out of a difficult situation and find a way forward.
    • How to shift your mindset from “I can’t do this” to “What do I need to do next?”

Your fear doesn’t have to decide what happens next. You can acknowledge the discomfort, find the lesson in the challenge, and take the next step without waiting for someone else to rescue you.

Ask yourself: What would I do next if I stopped letting fear make the decisions?

You Don’t Need a Breakdown to Know Something Has to Change

You’re not unhappy enough to make a big change. But you’re not happy enough to keep doing what you’re doing, either.

If you feel stuck, restless or disconnected from your life, you might be experiencing languishing — that space between struggling and thriving, where nothing is necessarily wrong, but something doesn’t feel right.

In this episode, I’m sharing how to recognise when you’ve outgrown your current situation, uncover what’s missing, and find direction without having to figure everything out at once.

    In this episode, you’ll discover:

    • What languishing is and why you can feel stuck when life looks fine on the outside.
    • How to recognise when you’ve outgrown a version of yourself.
    • Practical ways to uncover what you really want.
    • Why small changes can help you move forward.
    • How the thing you’re avoiding might be exactly what you need to face.

You don’t have to wait until you hit breaking point to change your life. What are you avoiding that could move you forward?

  • Stop Chasing Success. Start Following Your Purpose
    2026/10/06

What if the version of success you’re chasing isn’t actually the life you want?

In this episode of the Unbreakable Mindset Podcast, Jude is joined by Natalie Costa, coach, author and founder of Power Thoughts, for a very honest conversation about purpose, success, identity and what happens when the business you built starts to become too much of who you are.

Natalie shares the reality behind building a successful coaching business — from starting out as a teacher who knew there had to be something more, to coaching thousands of children, writing books, speaking publicly and building a recognised business.

But success brings its own questions.

What happens when you’re constantly comparing yourself to everyone else? When your inner narrative tells you it isn’t working? When you’re working endlessly towards the next goal and suddenly realise you’ve forgotten who you are outside of your business?

This conversation is about coming back to what matters.

Because success isn’t just about how much you achieve. It’s about whether the life you’re building actually feels like yours.

    In this episode, you’ll discover:

    • Why your inner narrative can become your biggest obstacle — and why you shouldn’t believe every thought you think.
    • How comparison and social media can make you feel like everyone else is succeeding while you’re falling behind.
    • What Natalie learned from reaching a point where she realised, “Who am I apart from my business?”
    • Why your purpose can evolve as you move through different chapters of your life.
    • How to stop chasing someone else’s version of success and reconnect with what genuinely matters to you.
    • Why keeping promises to yourself and repeatedly practising the mindset tools you already know can change everything.

If you’ve ever felt like you should be doing more, achieving more, earning more or becoming more — this conversation is your reminder to pause and ask a different question:

What am I actually here to do?

Sometimes the next level isn’t about chasing more.

It’s about coming back to your purpose.

  • Your Vision Board Isn’t Going to Build Your Dream Life
    2026/09/29

You can visualise your dream life, create the vision board, and imagine exactly what you want your future to look like. But if you’re not making it a priority, how much is really going to change?

In this episode of the Unbreakable Mindset Podcast, Jude Dawn explores the connection between manifestation, visualisation, and taking action. Because seeing your dream life in your mind is one thing. Building a life that reflects it requires you to start treating that vision as a priority.

Manifestation isn’t just about imagining the outcome. It’s about getting excited about what’s possible, making space for it in your life, and taking the steps that move you closer to it.

    In this episode, you’ll discover:

    • Why visualising your dream life is only the beginning of manifestation.
    • How making a goal a priority changes the way you spend your time, energy, and attention.
    • Why treating your dream business like a hobby can keep it stuck on the back burner.
    • How to use visualisation to build excitement and create a stronger connection to your goals.
    • Why breaking a big vision into smaller, achievable stages can help you move forward.
    • How to stop waiting for your dream life to happen and start taking action to create it.

If there’s something on your vision board that still feels out of reach, this episode will help you rethink how you’re approaching it.

Your dream life needs more than a vision. It needs a place in your priorities.

  • Stop Deciding How Your Story Ends
    2026/09/15

Stop Deciding How Your Story Ends

When life feels hard, it’s so easy to start believing that this is just how things are going to be.

You hit a setback, something doesn’t go to plan, and suddenly your brain starts pulling together every piece of evidence that says, “See? Life is always hard. Things never work out for me.”

But what if the chapter you’re in right now isn’t the ending?

In this episode, Jude explores the psychology behind the stories and beliefs we create about our lives — and how quickly we can forget all the evidence that things have worked out before. When we’re focused on what’s going wrong, we can lose sight of the goals we’ve already achieved, the circumstances that have changed and the things that once felt impossible but are now our reality.

Jude shares how the belief cycle can keep reinforcing an old story, while the success cycle gives us a way to build new evidence, strengthen our beliefs and expand what we believe is possible.

And most importantly, this episode is a reminder that your current circumstances are not a prediction of your future.

If you’re in a difficult chapter right now, this is your reminder to hold on to hope, look at the evidence you already have and stop deciding how your story ends before you’ve even reached the next chapter.

    In this episode, you’ll discover:
    • Why your brain can focus so heavily on everything that’s going wrong
    • How your beliefs influence your thoughts, actions and results
    • The difference between the belief cycle and the success cycle
    • Why you may be forgetting the evidence that your life has changed
    • How to use your past experiences as proof that difficult chapters can turn around
    • Why hope can be a powerful antidote to anxiety and catastrophising
    • How to start creating a different expectation for what happens next

Your current chapter is not your ending.

  • Why Isn’t Your Life Changing?
    2026/09/08

You want more. You know you’re capable of more. You’ve got goals, you’ve made changes, you’ve tried to move forward — so why does it sometimes feel like your life just isn’t changing?

What if the problem isn’t that you’re not trying hard enough?

What if you’re still living from an old story about who you are, what’s possible for you, and why things are difficult?

In this episode, Jude explores one of the biggest reasons people stay stuck: continuing to operate from an outdated version of themselves. Your past can explain you, but it doesn’t have to define you — and understanding where your patterns came from is only useful if it helps you change what happens next.

You’ll discover how the stories you repeatedly tell yourself can shape the way you see your circumstances, the decisions you make and what you believe is possible. Jude also explores how to stop using your past as evidence for why you can’t have the future you want, and instead start using your experiences as information to help you move forward.

    In this episode, you’ll discover:
    • Why you can desperately want more but still struggle to create change
    • How an old story can keep you operating from an outdated version of yourself
    • Why understanding your past is useful — but staying in the story can keep you stuck
    • How to look at difficult experiences for the data and lessons they contain
    • The questions that can help you identify the story you keep repeating about why life is hard
    • How to shift your attention and actions towards the life you actually want

Your past may explain where you’ve been. It doesn’t get to decide where you go next.

  • The Hard Chapter Is Your Next Level
    2026/09/01
What If Your Anxiety Is Trying to Tell You Something?

What if the anxiety, overwhelm or low mood you're experiencing isn't something you need to push away—but something you need to listen to?

In this episode of the Unbreakable Mindset Podcast, Jude shares her own recent experience of feeling unexpectedly low while on holiday and the process she went through to figure out what was really going on beneath the surface.

Rather than ignoring the feeling or simply trying to "think positive", Jude explains why she sees difficult periods as a warning light—a signal that something needs your attention.

She explores how struggle can sometimes be a redirection, a lesson, or an opportunity to uncover something beneath the surface that you've been avoiding.

    You'll discover:

✨ Why pushing through difficult feelings isn't always the answer

✨ How to become your own detective when your mood dips

✨ Why anxiety and overwhelm can be warning signals

✨ The difference between working on the surface and going deeper

✨ How to identify what may be triggering your current struggle

✨ Why difficult chapters can sometimes lead to your next level

✨ Jude's simple mental health cleanse exercise to help you unpack what's really going on

Jude also shares a practical journaling exercise using multiple columns to help you move from "this is what's wrong" → "what needs unpacking?" → "what is the solution?"

Because your difficult thoughts don't necessarily need to be feared or pushed away.

They might be trying to tell you something.

    2026/08/11

Nervous system regulation can be an incredibly useful tool—but what if calming yourself down isn't actually solving the problem?

In this episode, Jude explores why anxiety and uncomfortable emotions shouldn't always be something we try to get rid of. Instead, they can be valuable information showing us what needs our attention.

Jude explains the difference between regulating yourself and actually addressing what's underneath the anxiety, and why constantly self-soothing and avoiding uncomfortable situations can keep you stuck.

    Inside this episode:

    • Why nervous system regulation isn't always enough
    • What your anxiety could be trying to tell you
    • How to stop avoiding uncomfortable feelings
    • The difference between self-soothing and problem-solving
    • Why discomfort can be a sign of growth
    • How to recognise your emotional triggers
    • Questions to ask yourself when anxiety shows up
