• Changing Your Everyday Life
    2026/05/20

As it is within, so it is without - when we take charge of our inner world, we change our outer world, we transform our experience of everyday life.

And that is what this episode is all about - the undoubted and very real challenges that we all encounter every day.

What good is my saying that all good things fall into your lap when we let go of the want and trying that accompanies normal people’s efforts to change their life? What good is my talking about effortlessness if what you’re experiencing or feeling today is less than you would expect of life?

Well, when I talk about effortlessness, when I talk about transformation, I talk about the reality of what is not just possible but inevitable when we restructure our brains and enable our minds act in a new way.

But, even at that, we still have to deal with the behaviour or should I say the misbehaviour of normal crazy people.

That’s why we’re exploring health and fitness - an everyday challenge for all too many - and the misery that is all too often caused by the misbehaviour of those we encounter in our everyday life, particularly those often closest to us.

I hope this episode will help you get your head around the inevitability of everyday challenges but, more to the point, the fact that labouring under the weight of those everyday challenges is most definitely not inevitable.

We can rise above the so-called slings and arrows and, in doing so, enable those around us, perhaps, raise their game too.

But the key to all of this is, as always, your taking charge of your own state of mind.

  • Make Synchronicity an Everyday Occurrence
    2026/05/13

Synchronicities are the signposts that lead us forward and, if you’ve been listening for the last few weeks, you’ll know that moving forward is something of a current theme here.

However, normally, synchronicities are something of a hit and miss affair and, if we were to wait on the next one or two, we could be waiting some time. In any event, synchronicities tend to happen when least expected - something that we explore anecdotally in this episode..

And, yet, synchronicity is happening all the time - you just have to awake, alert, tuned in with eyes and heart wide-open to spot this everyday phenomenon.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not suggesting that big shifts will happen in your life everyday but, then again, synchronicities come in all shapes and sizes and, as we said in this podcast a few weeks ago, our lives don’t leap forward in major headlines, our lives change in the small print of the heres and nows of everyday life.

So, what can we do to encourage everyday synchronicity? How can we encounter everyday synchronicity if they tend to occur when least expected?

We’ll answer the second one first because it’s easy… expect the unexpected - by turning up to the here and now you’ll be tuned in enough to notice the unexpected for what it really is.

More to the point, if synchronicity “just happens” (a phrase you’ll often have heard me use), what can we do to encourage the “process” - can we even play a part in it?

The answer to these questions is the same as the first one. When we turn up to the here and now, when we’re present, our presence attracts synchronicity into our moment-to-moment experience of life.

Put another way, when we’re in Flow, we co-create synchronicity in harmony with the always responsive Universal Flow.

That’s what this episode is all about and, as always, as you listen you’ll pick up the simple things that you need to do to create and attract the synchronicities that will start changing your life… today.

  • How to Move Forward... Now
    2026/05/06

What got you to where you are will not get you to where you could go.

I didn't say get you to "where you want" because few people truly know what they want, fewer know how to get it and most think that what they want will never happen because... of there they are!

You don't need to know what you want, you need to know where you are.

Everything starts in the here and now. And that means that, to move forward, you need to discard the past: past mistakes, past "experience", past "learning", past (mis)behaviour.

Your future starts here and now. You don't need to know or even have a clue what that future might look like other than assuming - and it is a very valid assumption indeed - that the future will be what's best for you, wonderful, effortless, a revelation, something unimaginable to your habitual way of thinking.

Now, there's a promise if ever there were one.

But I can go one better because, in this episode, we have the step-by-step instructions on how to move forward in your life, for the best, starting... NOW.

You need to listen to this one!

  • Lost and Found
    2026/04/29

From being lost in thought and preoccupied, to effortlessness to manifestation, this episode takes you on an adventure from the ordinary to the extraordinary - an adventure that you can choose to take at any moment, at every moment.

We explore how to discover your true nature and how that true nature enables you live like you mean it, moment-to-moment, without you having to deliberately decide to ensure that you're present - your newly renewed neural pathways and connections will do it for you.

We revisit - for probably the 253rd time! - the power of meditation: the one choice that you actually need to make every day or almost every day.

And we even get into manifestation, debunking the normal understanding of what is considered a phenomenon but which is, in fact, the logical outcome of being present, knowing what's going on, being in the right place and the right time and doing the right things, in the right way, effortlessly.

Right action will open the floodgates for you.

  • The Easy Way to Getting What's Best
    2026/04/01

Yes, life doesn't have to be a struggle, regardless of what you think about what's actually going on in your life right now or your previous "failures".

Yes, you can allow what's best for you come about in your life by allowing yourself be. A lot of "allowing" going on here. And this is the secret to a wonderful life.

We're constantly plagued by one of our thinking mind's greatest drawbacks... wanting.

So, for starters in this episode, we explore the fundamentals of want, starting with the most fundamental want of all... wanting to be wanted! After all, it's nice to be liked, particularly when, using our normal thinking mind normally, we may not like ourselves all that much.

We explore comparative want - wanting what others have, wanting what we think makes those others look more happy and successful that we think we are ourselves.

We inevitably explore jealousy and the roots of comparative thinking and, in the end, we realise that it is thinking itself that is the root of all our problems or, should I say, perceived problems.

We'd be better off not thinking at all! We'd be better of... letting ourselves be.

And that's where this episode will take you.
