    And, truth is, when you're "in the zone", you do want for nothing, you don't have a care in the world, all is well.

    What a different world we'd live in if enough of us were in that state of mind because state of mind it is.

    This episode explores, using Online Program Owners' personal experiences as evidence, how life changes, transforms beyond recognition, when we develop our ability to choose the state of mind that creates peace of mind, presence and freedom from desire.

    But, if you're the problem, you are also the solution. Or, to put it another way, if your thoughts are the problem, stop paying them attention. As simple as that.

    Yes, the things that we can do for ourselves are far easier - to the point of effortless - far simpler and far more effective than all the stuff that we automatically and habitually do to ourselves.
