This week, I spoke with Natalie Forstbauer, the creator and Editor-In-Chief of Heart & Soil Magazine. Their “soil purpose” (Ha Ha) is to provide quality information and advice to the increasing demand of regenerative farming globally.

Natalie was born and raised on an organic and biodynamic farm in the Fraser Valley of British Columbia, Canada.

She brings a wealth of diverse experience in the farming industry to Heart & Soil Magazine with her entrepreneurial mindset, training in alternative medicine, and experience working with her family's award-winning farm.

Let’s face it, if we don't fix the soil we are pretty much screwed because that is where our food comes from.

Tilling and killing the soil microbiome (the plants gut & immune system) has to stop along with spraying toxic chemicals on our food crops.

What a weird time to be alive… big business poisons our food and that is legal and people just hand over their money at the grocery stores for more!

Episode #287 Christopher Gronski, Reclaiming Your State Citizenship For Ultimate Freedom

This week, I spoke with Christopher Gronski who thirty years ago learned how to reclaim his Citizenship in New Hampshire, the State he lives in.

For the last 20+ years he has been helping other people (me included) do the same.

What you're going to learn is that you were born a “State Citizen” and for almost all of us that ended as soon as we turned eighteen and “Voluntarily” signed tax documents to go to work for someone that took us out of the “State Jurisdiction” and placed us in the “Federal Jurisdiction” of Washington D.C.

Bad move… that jurisdiction will tax you because they (Congress) has the constitutional and legal authority to do so via the 14th Amendment.

Did you know you can learn how to complete your paperwork correctly and avoid all that legally?

What could you do with the money you're sending to taxes for your health, your family and community?

I know some of you are already thinking… but those taxes fix our roads and stuff. Nope! All that tax money is going to pay interest on the national debt.

Remember the first $900 Billion Government Covid Package that was supposed to help Americans that couldn’t work and help business owners stay afloat?

A large percentage of those funds went overseas?

I remember reading that $10 Million went to Pakistan for “Gender Awareness Programs”.

It's simple, the government sucks but we have unknowingly empowered them when we “Voluntarily” and in reality “Unknowingly” started filling out tax forms.

There is another way…

She then traveled to New York and was deep into the fashion industry for years.

Then one day a lady asked her how she kept her skin looking so young and said she should definitely be helping people with her knowledge.

Finally Rachelle realized that helping people improve their health was what she wanted to do for the rest of her life.

She went back to her roots (HA HA) and started coaching people on their health and creating unique herbal products that work.

Episode #284 Dan Metcalfe, The Born Superhuman Protocol

Hello Health Heroes!

This week, I spoke with Dan Metcalfe, who at age nine decided he was going to be a professional athlete but was plagued with asthma and he couldn't run without collapsing.

He was put on an inhaler which worked but Dan instinctively knew that the inhaler wasn't right. He went to the library and learned that his lungs would get weak if he continued with the inhaler.

He tossed the inhaler in the garbage and pushed himself everyday running until he completely healed himself and became a professional athlete.

Dan was heading into the military but a military instructor encouraged him to be a dancer so he tried out for a part and was offered a free three year scholarship and took the offer.

Later Dan got into a life threatening accident and once again healed himself.

These are just a few magical points of this man's journey to creating The Superhuman Protocol.
