  • Episode #134: What is it really Worth?
    2026/10/15

What makes something worth investing in? And how do we decide what something is really worth?

Between putting together a proposal for a workshop and planning our son's Bar Mitzvah, I've been thinking a lot about the value we place on things and how we choose to spend our money, time, and energy.

In this episode, I explore the difference between cost and value, why something can be incredibly valuable but not worth the investment to everyone, and how our priorities influence the choices we make.

Because living intentionally isn't about investing in everything that has value. It's about recognizing what matters most to us and making choices that reflect those values.

  • Episode #133: Attitude is Everything
    2026/10/07

What we focus on shapes how we feel, and ultimately, the attitude we bring to our lives.

In this episode, I share a reminder I needed myself after a whirlwind few weeks - pay attention to the thoughts running through your brain on repeat. Are they helping you feel grateful and grounded, or pulling you toward fear and negativity?

We may not be able to control what is happening around us, but we can be more intentional about what we give our attention to.

  • Episode #132 : New Year. Less Fear. More Courage.
    2026/09/09

As we approach Rosh Hashana (the Jewish New Year), many of us think about what we want to change in the year ahead. In this episode, I reflect on a question that feels even more important to me - How do I want to show up?

For me, that means showing up with less fear, especially less fear of judgment. Not waiting until I feel completely confident, but learning to move forward even when fear is present.

I share why growth is not about becoming a completely different person overnight, but about becoming more aware of what is driving our choices and choosing to act from our values instead of from fear.

As we enter this new year, I invite you to ask yourself: How do I want to show up this year, and what do I want to choose even when fear comes along for the ride?

  • Episode #131: What Peace Requires of Us
    2026/07/23

In this Tisha B’Av episode, I reflect on my father, Rabbi Dr. Mordechai Reich, z”l, and the way he lived as a peacemaker. Tisha B’Av is a day when we mourn destruction, loss, and the terrible consequences of division among brothers. It is also an opportunity to look at the ways conflict, resentment, and the need to be right can damage connection in our own lives.

My father showed me that peace is not created through grand gestures. It is built through listening, humility, careful words, and the willingness to see another person’s perspective.

I connect his example to coaching and to the inner work that peace requires. When we learn to pause, question the stories we are telling, regulate our emotions, and choose our responses more intentionally, we create more peace within ourselves and in our relationships.

As I close this season of the podcast and take a break until September, I invite you to consider one small step you can take toward greater peace in your own life.

Summer has arrived, and with it comes a mix of emotions. Excitement, anticipation, dread, overwhelm, and for many of us, something in between.

In this episode, we explore how to meet the summer season with more intention and less pressure. Whether you are managing kids, schedules, food, screens, and the lack of structure, or navigating free time, social plans, dating, weddings, and comparison, summer asks us to pause and ask - What do I actually need in this season?

  • Episode #129: Designing Your Life In Every Season
    2026/06/24

This episode was inspired by a simple moment at Sheba Hospital, where an older volunteer walked me to the department I needed.

It was such a beautiful reminder that designing our lives is not only for the busy building years. It is something we continue to do at every age and in every season.

In this episode, I reflect on what it means to live intentionally, to ask where we want to give, how we want to spend our time, what kind of people we want to become, and how coaching helps us move from autopilot to alignment. We do not need to overhaul our lives to design them. Sometimes it begins with one small choice that reflects what matters most.

  • Episode #128: Decide Again
    2026/06/17

In this episode, I explore the quality of our decisions and the difference between deciding ahead of time and deciding in the moment. When we make decisions ahead of time, we are more likely to act from our values, long-term goals, and the life we actually want to create. But when we decide in the moment, we often let comfort, urgency, exhaustion, or immediate gratification take over.

I also discuss the importance of recommitting to decisions we have already made, especially when they have become so normal that we forget we once chose them. Whether it is a relationship, career, community, health goal, or way of living, intentional living means making a decision, following through, reassessing, and then choosing again.

  • Episode #127: You can’t 3D Print Growth
    2026/06/03

What if life worked like a 3D printer?

You put in the plan, press print, and watch your vision become reality.

It sounds amazing, but in this episode, we explore why the clean input-output version of life may not actually be the highest goal. So much of our growth happens when things do not go according to plan, when we are forced to adjust, regroup, learn, and begin again.

This is where we meet our 2.0 version. Not the version we planned on becoming, but the version we become because life required more of us.

In this episode, I talk about why the process matters, why mistakes and detours are not proof that something has gone wrong, and how the messy middle is often exactly where strength, resilience, confidence, and clarity are built.
