As a Tantra teacher I'm often asked about the different types of female orgasm and how to experience them.

It's one of my favorite topics to talk about.

There's a lot to discuss.

Most women feel frustrated with their orgasmic experiences or lack thereof.

In view of the conventional take on all things sexual, that makes complete sense.

The model we've been given is severely flawed.

It will never lead a woman to her full natural orgasmic expression.

To truly experience what's possible we need to be willing to explore our sexual landscape with a broader vision.

We need to get curious about what our sexual energy really is and how it's designed to move through us.

We have to be willing to let go of performance driven, goal orientated mechanical techniques and embrace a more sacred, loving and fluid way of connecting with our bodies.

We need to reunite sex and spirit.

Technique without love falls flat.

It's not what we do, it's how we do.

And even more importantly, how we be.

As Venus enters the sign of Gemini today it's a beautiful invitation to explore one of my favorite Gemini qualities: curiosity.

Curiosity and sensuality go hand in hand.

We all know the saying "Curiosity killed the cat."

I want to offer a reframe on that: "Curiosity awakens the pussy."

To be curious is to be open, present and in flow.

It requires self trust and trust in life.

To be curious is to be willing to explore what feels good and nourishing.

And to pass on what doesn't.

When our curiosity is shut down, our life force and pleasure are shut down.

When we expand our curiosity we expand our pleasure and our love.

The word Tantra can evoke a lot of different images.

It can seem exotic, esoteric, edgy, otherworldly.

There are a lot of conflicting messages that make it seem pretty complicated.

But my understanding of Tantra is quite simple.

Tantra is the awakening and expansion of the love that you are.

The art of embodying your love.

It's not something you need to seek or strive for.

It's in you.

Tantra is the practice of remembering that you are love.

The practice of locating that love in your body.

And cultivating it like a garden.
