As a Tantra teacher I'm often asked about the different types of female orgasm and how to experience them.

It's one of my favorite topics to talk about.

There's a lot to discuss.

Most women feel frustrated with their orgasmic experiences or lack thereof.

In view of the conventional take on all things sexual, that makes complete sense.

The model we've been given is severely flawed.

It will never lead a woman to her full natural orgasmic expression.

To truly experience what's possible we need to be willing to explore our sexual landscape with a broader vision.

We need to get curious about what our sexual energy really is and how it's designed to move through us.

We have to be willing to let go of performance driven, goal orientated mechanical techniques and embrace a more sacred, loving and fluid way of connecting with our bodies.

We need to reunite sex and spirit.

Technique without love falls flat.

It's not what we do, it's how we do.

And even more importantly, how we be.
