Welcome to The TrainAnything Show!! In each episode, TA coaches John and Dylan will be coming to you with stories, training tips, shout-outs, banter, news, and motivation to get you through your endurance endeavors. In Episode 003, we kick off what will be a 4-part series going through our 4 phases of training all of our athletes go through in an A-race progression. These 4 phases include Form, Speed, Force, and Focused. In this episode we jump into our first phase of training called “Form Phase”. We discuss the purpose of this phase, what mindset we want our athletes to be in, workouts, and the adaptations you can expect to occur.
