  • CetraRuddy: HOME
    2025/07/24

In this must-listen episode for our NYC real estate and architecture fans, we talk to acclaimed architects John Cetra and Nancy Ruddy. They’re the husband and wife team behind the firm CetraRuddy, and the creative minds that dreamed up some of New York City’s most beautiful and coveted spaces.

We’ll go behind the scenes on the creation of some of our personal favorite CetraRuddy projects: Walker Tower, 443 Greenwich, and our very own Long Island home, Summerwind.

“We always feel that our hearts & souls are there, in the bricks & mortar." - Nancy Ruddy

Shaping the skyline since 1987, we discuss working together to build a home, a family, and a 137-person architecture firm. Oh, and Nancy’s time hanging out with the Rat Pack at Toots Shor’s when she was a kid!

You can find everything CetraRuddy at cetraruddy.com

  • Dave Koz: Gratitude
    2025/06/26

“The Sun doesn’t ask for anything. It just shows up.”

We deeply cherish our friendship and conversations with Dave Koz. In our circle of close friends, nobody can dispense a profound line of wisdom quite like him. Also, he makes a mean omelet.

A platinum selling artist with a barrelful of Grammy nominations, Dave continues to break boundaries and make some of the best music of his career, including his most recent album collaborations with Cory Wong and his latest with the great Bob James.

This episode is a lifetime full of stories over drinks with old friends. From the early days of Dave’s career on the Arsenio Hall Show to his trailblazing coming out story, it’s an incredibly heartfelt conversation that could not be a more fitting way to wrap up Pride Month with friends and chosen family.

  • Peter Cincotti: The Rainbow Connection
    2025/06/19

Peter Cincotti started playing piano at the age of three. At seven, he met Frank Sinatra. At 18, Peter was the youngest artist ever to reach # 1 on the Billboard Jazz charts (he retains that distinction to this day). But when he was 17 (a very good year!), he joined Tom in the cast of the Off-Broadway musical hit, Our Sinatra, and a lifelong friendship was born.

Peter’s latest album, “Live At The Cafe Carlyle,” is his first recording on vinyl, and it’s a knockout. It’s so good that George Clooney kinda swiped our copy upon a chance meeting at The Polo Bar (though he was a gentleman about it!).

We talk about weddings, Sinatra’s deep feelings about sharing olives, finding your ancestral roots – whether you want to or not, and coping with loss through music. All these beautiful stories, and more ONLY on The Tom & Mickey Show!

You can find all of Peter’s music on your favorite streaming platforms, and order his latest album on VINYL at Petercincotti.com and follow him @petercincotti

If you find yourself dreaming about gathering around a piano for your next family dinner in a larger living room, we can help you find that - contact us at @tomandmickey or tomandmickey.com

  • Christine Ebersole: This Moment
    2025/05/22

At Tom & Mickey’s wedding, when their officiant Christine Ebersole was signing the marriage license, a question arose: what should be written under her signature for “Title.” They all quickly agreed on “Two-time Tony Award Winner.” And so it was.

A legend of stage, screen, and television, Christine dishes with Tom & Mickey about her time on SNL, working opposite Richard Burton and Richard Harris in ‘Camelot’ at just 19 years old, her roles in the films ‘Tootsie’ and ‘Amadeus,’ and, of course, real estate (think tree houses, secret passages, wood-burning fireplaces, and the perfect NYC pied-a-terre). Oh, and Big Sally. You’ve got to hear about Big Sally.

More intimate stories you’ll only hear on The Tom & Mickey Show!

You can follow Christine on Instagram at @christine.ebersole.official and christine-ebersole.com

  • The Marvelous Marilyn Maye
    2025/05/15

Without Marilyn Maye, it’s safe to say that there would be no Tom & Mickey, and she’ll be the first person to tell you so. Marilyn is a master of her craft, but don’t take our word for it. She was Johnny Carson’s favorite singer and appeared on The Tonight Show 76 times – more than any singer in the show’s history. Ella Fitzgerald, a friend and fan of Marilyn’s, dubbed her “The greatest white female singer in the world.” Join us as the Carson-dubbed “Supersinger” talks of life, love, music, her sold-out evening at Carnegie Hall, Warren Buffet, Bob Mackie, and French Martinis. If you don’t know Marilyn Maye, listen up – it’s time to get hip!
