このコンテンツについて

Partners in business and life, Tom Postilio & Mickey Conlon are New York City based real estate brokers known to television audiences from their appearances on HGTV’s ‘Selling New York.’ But that was long ago in a media landscape far, far away. The Tom & Mickey Show isn’t all about real estate, but it is a love letter to New York. In intimate, unfiltered, and uncensored conversations, these two old souls are serving up wit, big heart, and even bigger martinis while dishing with the Who’s Who of Gotham.2025 アート 社会科学

  • CetraRuddy: HOME
    2025/07/24

In this must-listen episode for our NYC real estate and architecture fans, we talk to acclaimed architects John Cetra and Nancy Ruddy. They’re the husband and wife team behind the firm CetraRuddy, and the creative minds that dreamed up some of New York City’s most beautiful and coveted spaces.

We’ll go behind the scenes on the creation of some of our personal favorite CetraRuddy projects: Walker Tower, 443 Greenwich, and our very own Long Island home, Summerwind.

“We always feel that our hearts & souls are there, in the bricks & mortar." - Nancy Ruddy

Shaping the skyline since 1987, we discuss working together to build a home, a family, and a 137-person architecture firm. Oh, and Nancy’s time hanging out with the Rat Pack at Toots Shor’s when she was a kid!

You can find everything CetraRuddy at cetraruddy.com

And if this episode awakens the desire to build a home of your own or change spaces, we’d be happy to help. Contact us at @tomandmickey or tomandmickey.com

  • Dave Koz: Gratitude
    2025/06/26

“The Sun doesn’t ask for anything. It just shows up.”

We deeply cherish our friendship and conversations with Dave Koz. In our circle of close friends, nobody can dispense a profound line of wisdom quite like him. Also, he makes a mean omelet.

A platinum selling artist with a barrelful of Grammy nominations, Dave continues to break boundaries and make some of the best music of his career, including his most recent album collaborations with Cory Wong and his latest with the great Bob James.

This episode is a lifetime full of stories over drinks with old friends. From the early days of Dave’s career on the Arsenio Hall Show to his trailblazing coming out story, it’s an incredibly heartfelt conversation that could not be a more fitting way to wrap up Pride Month with friends and chosen family.

You can find all of Dave Koz’s music AND all the info on Dave’s touring schedule and his series of Cruises on davekoz.com.
Be sure to follow him @davidstephenkoz and on YouTube.
