This week, we’re making questionable picks, defending opinions nobody asked for, and once again proving that restaurant people should never be left unsupervised. We’ve got bad reviews, worse decisions, food arguments worth fighting over, and some industry confessions that probably should’ve died in the walk-in. By the time it’s over, friendships may be tested, brain cells will be lost, and absolutely nothing productive will have been accomplished. So grab a seat, ignore the side work, and act like you’re looking for something in dry storage. This meeting could’ve been a smoke break.
