  • Romanticizing your life isn't silly- its changing your energy
    2026/07/08

    Romanticizing your life is all about making it as EASY as possible for your future self to make decisions. AKA- tomorrow you will thank today you for your choices.

    Some things I have started doing-

    - meal planning baskets (setting aside ingredients in a basket on my counter to make it easy to grab and go to cook),

    - using glass containers to minimize opening containers to find what leftovers I want for lunch,

    -using Tupperware with basket inserts to keep fruit and veggies fresher longer.

    My goal is to make less decisions, and create more consistency.

    I'm not trying to be more disciplined, I'm trying to follow through more.

  • The Mid-Year Reset Pep Talk
    2026/07/01

    We've all made New Year's resolutions or I prefer New year goals. Same thing, different mindset. My goals for 2026 were EPIC in my eyes and I haven't gotten close to them yet, I fear.

    With today being 7/1/2026, it is the PERFECT time to do my mid year reset where I reflect on how 2026 is going and how can I make it better and make real progress towards my goals.

    My BIGGEST question for myself, is going to be "What do I want my life to feel like? How do I want to feel?"

    Seemingly simple question, but major trajectory!

  • Welcome HEATHER SIMCO to the show!

    This conversation with Heather was AMAZING! She and I have had a few conversations together now and each one is more enlightening than the last. And, it is absolutely true what she says, healing from traumas (no matter how big or small they seem) takes time. Nothing happens overnight and you can’t be “fixed” in one day. Healing takes time.

    When we talk about living in our emotions and how that can affect your health, it is crazy to see how holding onto and living in the space of anger, sadness (i.e. pity parties, not true grief and diagnosed depression), and other negative emotions can metastasize into physical ailments, too. Life is already hard, and there is enough negativity in the world. Why not start to rewire the brain to see the good in the situation OR at least try to turn that anger around into something to learn from and grow from?

  • The Pep Talk I Didn't Know I Needed

    Do you think SHE doesn't get tired, discouraged, bad days, feel off in her own body, want comfort foods?

    Who is the woman you want to be? You've had that conversation before with yourself, where you imagine all the good things you want in you life. The only difference is- THAT woman that you dream about, she did something. While you're sitting on the couch waiting for it to fall into your lap, SHE went out and got it for herself.

    She was uncomfortable, she put aside the instant gratification, family/friends nights out. She stuck to her goals and missed out some the things that didn't fit right now. And the gratitude she felt after pushing the challenges away and showing up for herself, outweighed all the grief everyone else gave her.

    She showed up. Will you show up for her?

  • How to rebuild self-trust and self-worth FOR REAL this time

    The shitty thing about being hurt by loved ones, is that even when you try to heal, you'll never be the person you were before the hurt. Healing and growth are not about completely changing who you are. It is about finding out who you are now, and growing through the pain and heartache.

    You are responsible for your own actions, how you decide to heal. You are NOT responsible for someone else's action that led to your hurt.

    Rebuilding you self-worth after infidelity, narcissistic relationships or other trauma doesn't happen overnight.

    You are in charge of how you move on; how you heal.

    You create your own happiness.

    What are you going to do today to change your life for the better?

  • Becoming the woman who follows through (even when its hard)

    IT's TiiiiIIIIIiiimmmmee! (as sang by Mariah Carey).

    Except, it's time to own your bullshit. Its time to stop blaming everyone else for our problems and acknowledge our part in our own fall. We are keeping ourselves down. Not on purpose. But because its comfortable and familiar.

    Not anymore. We are not waiting one more day. We are not waiting for "the right time", or more motivation. Lasting change only happens when you stop forcing motivation and start building your identity.

    Who do you want to be next week, month and year.

    How does that version of YOU:

    Talk to herself?

    Treat herself?

    Praise herself?

    Handle setbacks?

    Take care of herself?

    Protect her peace?
