    Today I talk about perfectionism. 

    Do you set your standards too high?

    Do you set goals that you never achieve and then feel negative and low about it?

    Are you just constantly striving forward to make everything perfect but you never actually get there.

    Then this episode is just for you. I Nicole Woodcock from Hummingbird Hypnotherapy have spent numerous times in my life wishing for things to be perfect. Only to feel let down, dissappointed and generally just not a happy bunny. I know not everything in life is perfect but it has not stopped me from pushing towards it. Usually resulting in a lot of exhaustion and low mood if I am honest. 

    So todays discussion is all about perfectionism, where do you notice it popping up and more importantly how we can change it and aim to drop that bar just a bit.

    Hi, I am Nicole a business owner, clinical hypnotherapist, mum and small business advocate. I am all about the spreading kindness sharing the shizz and generally being a good person.

    But alongside that is life and mental health. After struggling with anxiety and depression after becoming a mum I have found it hard at times to juggle it all. I know from the small business owners I talk to that I am not on my own but there are days where nothing is shifting that shit in your head and this is for then.

    Collaborating with others to share their journey, how they support themselves when things get tough. More importantly share their knowledge because there could be something in it that is just what you need.
