    Introduction: Whenever a woman is experiencing pelvic floor issues such as leaking or pain, they are often told to do kegels. In fact, women are told to do kegels when they have babies and as they get older and the “advice” is thrown out at all different stages of their life. On today’s episode, we are going to talk about why you should stop doing kegels and why this common advice is not beneficial for most women. While our advice to stop doing kegels may not be as common on the internet, it will help you get further with resolving pelvic floor issues.
