  • The REWIRE- Rest isn't going to fix your exhaustion... these six things will!
    2026/10/05

You’re still showing up, meeting deadlines, supporting your family and getting things done, but underneath all that performance, you’re exhausted.

And even when you finally get the opportunity to rest, it doesn’t seem to restore you.

In this episode of The REWIRE, I explore why feeling tired all the time isn’t one single problem and why more sleep, another coffee or simply trying to push through may not be the answer.

Through real client experiences, I unpack the six areas we investigate when rebuilding someone’s energy: sleep, stress management, physiology, boundaries, the goal they’re currently pursuing and the type of tiredness they’re actually experiencing.

Because physical, physiological, mental and emotional exhaustion require different solutions.

If you’re successful on the outside but feel like you're running on empty, this episode will help you understand where your energy may be going and what needs to change to get it back.

  • Why you never have enough time... and what to do about it!
    2026/09/25

You don’t have time to train.

You don’t have time to prepare better food.

You don’t have time to switch off, do something you enjoy or simply have a moment to yourself.

And when you finally find some time, you’re often too exhausted to use it in the way you intended. So you scroll, overeat, drink or watch television, only to wake up feeling tired, frustrated and guilty the following day.

Your life may genuinely be full. But is your schedule the only reason you never have enough time for yourself?

In this episode of The REWIRE, I explore a common time misconception and how you can adapt to a busy life so you can be the happiest, healthiest and energetic version of you for your own goals, your family and your career.

  • The REWIRE- High Achievers Curse
    2026/09/15

What if the qualities that made you successful are the same qualities stopping you from enjoying it?

In this episode, I explore the High Achiever’s Curse through my own story, from obsessively high standards as a child to £70,000 months, major brand deals and becoming a recognised expert in my field.

But beneath the hard work and ambition were deeper patterns I didn’t understand at the time: people-pleasing, perfectionism, avoiding conflict, struggling to ask for help and finding safety in keeping everybody else happy.

Those patterns helped me achieve, but they also made it incredibly difficult to delegate, slow down, acknowledge progress or prioritise myself without guilt.

This isn’t a conversation about becoming less ambitious, that isn't me and its certainly not the people I support.

I share how you can begin to explore what drives your ambition, why success can still feel like it isn’t enough and how the same operating system building your career may be affecting your health, relationships and sense of self.

If you’re successful, dependable and constantly pushing forward, but still feel behind... this episode may help you understand why.

  • The REWIRE- Success on Paper
    2026/09/07

    In 2022, I was earning £60,000–£70,000 a month.

The business was growing, I had clients around the world, an incredible coaching team and opportunities I had once dreamed about.

    On paper, I was successful.

Internally, it was a very different story.

In this first episode of The REWIRE, I share what that period of my life actually felt like, the constant urgency, always being available, the pressure to perform and the growing disconnect between the person everyone else saw and the person I experienced behind closed doors.

I also explore why the support I initially looked for never fully solved the problem. Business mentors helped me grow. Health professionals checked my body. Coaches gave me plans and accountability.

All of it had value, but none of it addressed the deeper question:

Why had I created a version of success that required me to sacrifice so much of myself?

This episode is about ambition, burnout, identity and redefining what it really means to be successful.

Because success isn’t only what your life looks like on paper.

It’s what your life feels like to live.
