We had the great opportunity to have a conversation with Mindfulness Coach Matthew Rezac, MPS, ACC (also friend and mentor) where we talked about the importance and fulfillment that comes with finding your GROWTH EDGE. We explore leadership, vulnerability, sitting in discomfort, and the importance of taking time to find your calling!

Matt Rezac is an online mindfulness coach who helps people "love how they live so they can create a life they love." He works with clients to make life-changing choices and unknot self-limiting behaviors that silently reoccur in work, relationships, and family trees. Matt teaches practical and portable mindfulness techniques that tap the inner courage, calm, and creativity needed in life's critical moments.

Matt is on faculty at the Mindfulness Coaching School, where he teaches The Art of Engaged Mindfulness and Group Coaching. He is a certified meditation teacher and author of Mindfulness Activities for Adults: 50 Simple Exercises to Relax, Stay Present, and Find Peace (Rockridge Press).

We had the honor to have a conversation with Dr. Helen Fagan where we talked about our immigrant journey as well as our passion for inclusive leadership.

Dr. Fagan is a Leadership, Diversity, and Inclusion scholar and practitioner. She is the founder of Global Leadership Group, which provides consulting and leadership coaching to organizations, communities, and executives in the field of Diversity, Inclusion, Cultural Competence, and becoming an Inclusive Leader. Since 2018, Fagan has been a faculty member and program lead for the Inclusive Community Leadership Fellows program at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
