  • POTS Doesn’t Mean I Stopped Living My Life
    2026/09/04

Having POTS has changed my life, but it hasn't stopped me from living it.

In this episode of The POTS Perspective, I’m talking about what it’s really like trying to live your life while managing POTS. From college and dance to exercise, traveling, and pursuing my goals, I share how I’ve learned to make adjustments without letting POTS define what I can and can’t do.

There are good days, bad days, and days when my body doesn't cooperate with my plans. But I've learned that slowing down, resting, or doing things differently doesn't mean I'm giving up.

POTS is a part of my story, but it doesn't get to write the whole thing.

💛 You can have POTS and still have a life.

  • What to Pack in Your Backpack as a Student with POTS
    2026/08/13

What should you actually keep in your backpack when you're a student with POTS? 🎒💙

In this episode of The POTS Perspective, I'm going through the things I personally like to have with me on campus, from water and electrolytes to snacks, cooling items, comfort essentials, and more.

We'll also talk about not overpacking, preparing for long campus days, and figuring out what works for your body because everyone's experience with POTS is different.

This episode is based on my personal experience and is not medical advice.

What is one thing you never leave home without? 💙

  • What I Wish People Knew About POTS | A Short Screenplay Reading
    2026/07/31

Today's episode is a little different. Instead of talking about POTS, I'm sharing an original short screenplay I wrote to raise awareness about POTS Syndrome and invisible illnesses through storytelling.

If you've never listened to a screenplay before, you may hear me say the word "SUPER." In screenwriting, a SUPER(short for superimposed text) is text that appears on the screen for the audience to read, such as a date, time, location, or an important message. Since this is an audio format, I'll read those moments aloud so you can experience the screenplay as it was written.

Whether you live with POTS, know someone who does, or simply want to better understand invisible illnesses, I hope this story offers a new perspective and reminds us that not every struggle is visible.

Thank you so much for listening and supporting The POTS Perspective.
