Having POTS has changed my life, but it hasn't stopped me from living it.
In this episode of The POTS Perspective, I’m talking about what it’s really like trying to live your life while managing POTS. From college and dance to exercise, traveling, and pursuing my goals, I share how I’ve learned to make adjustments without letting POTS define what I can and can’t do.
There are good days, bad days, and days when my body doesn't cooperate with my plans. But I've learned that slowing down, resting, or doing things differently doesn't mean I'm giving up.
POTS is a part of my story, but it doesn't get to write the whole thing.
💛 You can have POTS and still have a life.
