The Heart Attack Thriver Podcast

著者: Brian Simpson
  • サマリー

  • The sharing of stories is often underrated in the healing journey after a heart attack or any near death experience for that matter. I will be using this platform to provide a place where people who have had an “Event of the Heart” can share their stories and continue to heal themselves. I believe we all have medicine on our hearts and that our stories are the medicine that someone out there needs to receive. I will also be talking with medical experts, health care providers, dietitians, as well as holistic practitioners about yoga, meditation and breath-work and how they can all help to prevent stress and anxiety and ultimately Cardiovascular Dis-Ease.
