Being a Carer can be an intensely wholesome experience but it's also conflicted by a barrage of emotions I just wasn't prepared for. Real, raw and bare, I hope the sharing of my story will help so many other Carers feel less alone, and more human.

But the more conversations I have with families navigating advancing dementias the more I hear how much increasing falls impacts their ability to provide safe care. In this episode, I recount our journey with my mum's falls and how we tried to best handle this incredibly distressing time. Oh, and a slight language warning... I swear once.
