Do you feel overwhelmed by the invisible mental load—strong and capable on the outside, yet craving a life where you feel soft, supported, and honored as a woman and mom? Are you tired of people-pleasing, mom guilt, and the pressure to be the “good woman” who never needs anything? If you’re ready to feel seen, valued, and confident in your divine feminine design—welcome.

I’m Adelle—Feminine Energy and Identity Coach for Christian/LDS women, mom, mentor, and champion of divine worth. For years, I tried to earn love, shrink my needs, and outrun shame—until I turned to God and let Him show me who I am. Now I help women reclaim identity, balance feminine vs masculine energy, calm the mental load, and live authentically—with self-respect, peace, and holy confidence.

Each episode blends faith-centered conversations, practical tools, and gentle mindset shifts to help you:

  • Release people-pleasing and step into self-worth without guilt

  • Balance feminine vs masculine energy (receive support and take aligned action)

  • Heal patterns of shame, guilt, and self-sabotage and build unshakable confidence

  • Create peaceful rhythms at home that honor your feminine characteristics and values

If you’re ready to stop striving and start living fully in the woman God created you to be—chin up, crown on… and press play.

Have you ever made a decision that was right for you, only to have someone else get upset, hurt, or disappointed? Did you immediately feel guilty, question yourself, or wonder if you should have done something differently?

What if their emotional response was never yours to carry?

In this episode of The Unshaken Woman Podcast, we're talking about emotional sovereignty—learning to take responsibility for your own emotions without taking responsibility for everyone else's.

Sometimes loving yourself means making decisions that other people won't understand. Sometimes honoring your own boundaries means allowing someone else to feel disappointed. And sometimes what looks like selfishness or even heartlessness to others is actually a beautiful expression of self-love.

That doesn't mean we stop caring about people or intentionally hurt them. It means we recognize that we can be loving, compassionate, and kind without abandoning ourselves to keep everyone else comfortable.

    We'll explore:

    • Why someone else's disappointment doesn't automatically mean you've done something wrong.

    • The difference between compassion and emotional responsibility.

    • How people-pleasing keeps us trapped in fear, guilt, and self-abandonment.

    • Why healthy boundaries are an expression of self-love.

    • How to trust God with the emotions, reactions, and experiences of others.

    • What it means to make decisions from love instead of fear.

Here's the truth: You can love someone deeply without taking ownership of their emotional experience.

Their heartbreak, sadness, anger, or disappointment may be real—and you can acknowledge those feelings with compassion. But you don't have to sacrifice your peace or betray yourself to make those feelings disappear.

Your responsibility is to act with integrity, kindness, and love. Their responsibility is to navigate their own emotional journey.

And perhaps one of the most freeing realizations is this: You can trust God with the people you love, just as you are learning to trust Him with yourself.

It's time to release the weight of managing everyone else's emotions and step into the freedom of becoming the woman God created you to be.

Because being an unshaken woman doesn't mean nobody gets upset with you. It means you no longer abandon yourself when they do.

  • The 5 Simple Steps That Completely Changed My Life (You’ve Probably Never Heard of These)

These five steps changed everything for me. They helped me stop doubting myself, break patterns I’d been stuck in for years, and become a woman I’m actually proud of. And I’m willing to bet you’ve never heard them put together this way. They’re not complicated. You don’t need hours a day or a perfect life to start. But when I began walking through them, my confidence changed, my relationships changed, and the way I see myself changed. In this episode, I walk you through each step, one at a time, and show you how to use them in your own life starting today. It’s the same process I use with the women I coach, and it works whether you’re facing something big or just feel stuck and know there’s more for you. If you’re ready for real change that actually lasts, watch until the end. The last step is the one that ties it all together.

  • 72. Let Them: How I Stopped People Pleasing and Took My Power Back

I'm a recovering people pleaser. For a long time, I cared so much about what everyone thought of me that I abandoned myself to keep them happy. In my past relationship, I handed over my power and let someone else decide whether I was good enough or worthy enough. In this episode, I’m talking about Mel Robbins’ Let Them Theory and how it connects to breaking free from people pleasing. When I stopped looking to other people to tell me who I was, everything shifted. I found my confidence, I found the strength to walk away from a relationship that was hurting me, and I started becoming a woman who knows her worth and actually loves herself. We’ll also talk about where real identity comes from. Not from other people’s opinions, but from Source, from God, and learning to see how valuable and loved you are through His eyes. I touch briefly on my GRACE Model and how it supports this kind of inner work. If you’ve ever shrunk yourself to keep the peace, or felt like your worth depended on someone else’s approval, this one is for you. In this episode: What the Let Them Theory is and why it matters My story as a recovering people pleaser How self-abandonment shows up in relationships Taking your power back and walking away from what hurts you Finding your identity and worth in God, not in other people
