I'm a recovering people pleaser. For a long time, I cared so much about what everyone thought of me that I abandoned myself to keep them happy. In my past relationship, I handed over my power and let someone else decide whether I was good enough or worthy enough. In this episode, I’m talking about Mel Robbins’ Let Them Theory and how it connects to breaking free from people pleasing. When I stopped looking to other people to tell me who I was, everything shifted. I found my confidence, I found the strength to walk away from a relationship that was hurting me, and I started becoming a woman who knows her worth and actually loves herself. We’ll also talk about where real identity comes from. Not from other people’s opinions, but from Source, from God, and learning to see how valuable and loved you are through His eyes. I touch briefly on my GRACE Model and how it supports this kind of inner work. If you’ve ever shrunk yourself to keep the peace, or felt like your worth depended on someone else’s approval, this one is for you. In this episode: What the Let Them Theory is and why it matters My story as a recovering people pleaser How self-abandonment shows up in relationships Taking your power back and walking away from what hurts you Finding your identity and worth in God, not in other people
