    What if releasing emotional heaviness did not require you to force yourself into positivity? What if you could acknowledge what is present, call in support, and gently shift the energy? In this episode, I welcome spiritual and wellbeing coach Susan Browne, creator of Angel EFT and author of Tapping with the Angels: Angel EFT and Ascension Through the 12 Chakras. We explore how Emotional Freedom Techniques, angelic guidance, and chakra awareness can work together to support emotional release, strengthen intuition, and help us move through old patterns with greater compassion. I begin with a reflection on the energy following a lunar eclipse. Eclipses can reveal old emotions, uncertainty, tenderness, and survival patterns—but what surfaces in the shadow is not the whole of who we are. Just as the moon remains whole while moving through temporary darkness, we can allow difficult feelings to move through us without making them our identity. Susan then introduces us to Angel EFT, her intuitive approach to combining EFT tapping with the invocation of angelic support. She explains how the practice begins with "Palms Awake," a receptive position in which the hands rest open with the palms facing upward. From this still point, we can name what we are experiencing, set an intention, ask the angels for support, and begin tapping. "It's like the weather—it's going to change. It's like the clouds in the sky; they're never the same. The tide goes in and out. Come back to Palms Awake, listen inwardly, and remain open to intuition, guidance, or a new perspective. This practice is not about denying what hurts or rushing toward a higher vibration. It is an invitation to bring awareness, compassion, and spiritual support to the places within us that are ready to change.
