    2026/10/18

Mindset : Mojo : Motivation : Momentum - Sean and Chris go deep and share how each of these aspects affect their lives. Please like, review and share. If you would like to come on as a guest please email me at: sean@pauley.ca

    1. Mindset

Definition: The established set of attitudes, beliefs, and assumptions through which you interpret the world and yourself. It is the foundational lens that shapes how you perceive challenges, opportunities, and your own capabilities (e.g., fixed vs. growth mindset).

    2. Mojo

Definition: A state of high energy, enthusiasm, and magnetic confidence. It's the "spark" or vitality you feel when you're fully engaged and operating at your best—an internal charge that makes you compelling and effective.

    3. Motivation

Definition: The driving force—whether internal (intrinsic) or external (extrinsic)—that initiates, directs, and sustains goal-oriented behavior. It's the "why" and the "push" that turns intention into action.

    4. Momentum

Definition: The compounding force gained by a moving object or process. In personal terms, it's the self-reinforcing cycle where consistent action creates progress, and that progress makes further action easier and more likely to continue.

Do you listen to that voice in your head? What is it saying? Is it positive, is it negative? Chris and Sean take a break from talking to themselves and talk to each other for bit. Think of the bad things you think about yourself, all the negative messages...would you say those things to your best friend? If not then why would you say it yourself?

    • Physical: Ranging from non-sexual touch like hugging and holding hands to sexual activity.
    • Intellectual: Exchanging ideas, opinions, and philosophical discussions.

  • #52 - Truth vs. Honesty
    2026/08/06

Truth vs. Honesty....what is the difference? Can you have one without the other? Is my Truth teh same as your Truth? Is it easier to be honest with ourselves than with others? Is truth always the best policy? In a world where that is living in the "post truth ear" how do we weed through the lies and get to what is real? Chris and Sean tackle all this and try to make a little sense of it. Please check it out and leave comments with you thoughts.
