    Rodney "Hotrod" Phillips is a former member of the infamous "Low End" (Lower Southside) street organization, the Del Vikings. He discusses who the Del Vikings were and their organizational structure. He talks about the dissolution of the Del Vikings and how they were absorbed into the Black Disciples and Gangster Disciples street organizations. Mr. Phillips is currently a violence interrupter and works in Chicago with young people to help reverse some of the the suffering in the inner-city.
