Happy Wellness Wednesday stunners! 🦋 well well well what do we have here?! ya girl is single NO MORE! Things have stepped up a notch as hot hunk and I have made things official... and so its about time I gave you all a lil update...!

I have many many many thoughts on dating seriously again, I feel like in the past 4 months of entering a new relationship I have already learned so much, and will probably continue to do so.

The last time i entered a relationship I was 19 years old, and I'm now 31. Things are entirely different, I am entirely different. And after being fiercely single for 3 years... I wasn't going to step into this blindly...

So if you've been patiently waiting for all the goss on hot hunk... here you go! xxx 💜

Happy Wellness Wednesday stunners! 🦋 welcome welcome to a lil round up of our Autumn Equinox Retreat weekend! where things didn't go exactly how we planned...

but really the best things never do!

upon not selling enough tickets to warrant our yoga & wellness day retreat to go ahead, we decided to have a day retreat of our own! and fill up our cups so we can better fill up others

and because of that, the weekend still ended up being an incredible success!

and who knows, maybe you'll join us next time in this incredible farmhouse... 👀

Happy Wellness Wednesday stunners! 🦋 a slightly spontaneous one for you today... technology has been TESTING me... which meant i needed to spend my afternoon in the apple store when i'd use sit down to record the episode... so i decided to take us all on the adventure to get my phone fixed haha

and tbh i think it tied in pretty perfectly to this weeks topic, in which i wanted to discuss turning limiting beliefs into liberating beliefs, a statement i'd heard recently that has landed with me ever since

i have the limiting belief that vlogging or having a podcast is sometimes cringey or embarrassing, and that i shouldnt be doing it... which is silly, because why can't i?! so i sought out that inner liberation and did it anyway!

so come find that inner switch with me, turning 'i can't' into 'i'm going to figure out how' 🫶🏻

hope you enjoy loves! xxx
