  • When the Ground Is on Fire: Walking an Aligned Path Anyway
    2025/04/25

What if your soul-aligned path doesn’t look graceful or easeful — but instead looks like years of firefighting, surviving, and quietly rebuilding? In this episode, I speak directly to those who’ve spent decades just trying to stay afloat and are still here to tell the tale.

We are the quiet warriors, walking our own path — often two steps forward and one step back.

If you’ve ever felt behind, broken, or too late — this is your reminder that you’re not. You’re just right. And you’re right on time. Even if the ground is still on fire. 🔥

  • It Had to Hurt First: A Portal to the Bonus Life
    2025/04/10

In this episode, I reflect on how the hardest parts of my life — addiction, illness, trauma, and not knowing I was autistic or HSP — became the very foundation for my Bonus Life.

I share the story of my blind rescue cat Xavi, whose struggle mirrored my own. He was only noticed, only brought to safety, because of his blindness. In the same way, my pain became the turning point. The thing that pushed me to change.

This isn’t a motivational story. It’s an honest one — about what it takes to truly transform, and why the life I live now could only exist because of the path that came before it.

🌿If this speaks to you, I’d love to hear what’s helped you claim your own bonus life.

  • The Bonus Life: An Unexpected Autistic HSP Second Act
    2025/04/08

In this episode, I talk about what I’ve come to call The Bonus Life — the second act that began when I finally stopped trying to survive and started listening to what felt real.

I share some of the harder parts of my backstory: addiction, people-pleasing, codependency, and the slow discovery of being both autistic and an HSP. This isn’t a how-to. It’s just my story — a kind of timestamp of what it’s taken to get here, and why I’m grateful to still be alive.

If you’re walking this road too, I hope this helps you feel hopeful — and seen.

💬 I'd love to hear your thoughts! Leave a comment, send me a message, or share your own experience.

  • Learning to Forgive Myself
    2025/03/26

In this episode, I share some of the areas of life where I’m working on forgiving myself, now that I know I’m autistic and an HSP.

    • I talk about: – Things I found (and still find) hard—like directions, driving, and cooking
    • Struggles with relationships and the path I’ve taken
    • Not having children
    • Not “acing” my early career, despite being bright
    • The many coping strategies I developed—masking, addiction, people-pleasing, binge eating—and how I’m learning to meet them with compassion

Forgiveness isn’t always easy, especially when we’ve been misunderstood or judged for who we are. But it’s possible—and deeply freeing.

If you’re walking this road too, I hope this helps you feel seen.

💬 I'd love to hear your thoughts! Leave a comment, send me a message, or share your own experience.
