Bungee fitness is the latest weird and wonderful fitness craze sweeping the globe, and Paige went to Boost My Image gym to try it out.

If you have ever wanted to get fit and lose weight, but you just hate working out then you are exactly like Paige, who is notoriously fitness-phobic. But we strapped her to a bungee cord and dangled her from a ceiling to see if she could work up a sweat and have fun doing it.
