Heidi shared her honest and beautiful story—from being a heavy alcoholic to seeing a spark of healing through the sparkling eyes of another human being, finding freedom and God through Alcoholics Anonymous (AA), and ultimately experiencing a deeper freedom through her understanding of the Three Principles.

Very genuine and gentle conversations followed, with the audience openly sharing their own experiences and insights, along with questions.

Friday's webinar featured Dr. Dicken Bettinger and Harry Derbitsky sharing on the SPIRITUAL NATURE OF COUNSELING with pastors and alcohol-healing counselors from Nakivale Refugee Camp. The spiritual nature of sadness and anger was openly explored, along with grassroots testimonies, insights, and questions from the participants. The session reflected a beautiful sharing of both food and wisdom, as participants came together to learn, reflect, and share from their own communities.

Edited webinar featuring Dr. Bill Pettit and Harry Derbitsky sharing on Jumping Levels of Consciousness to Help Others with six Alcohol & Happiness groups of 3P in Africa. The session included the sharing of both food and wisdom, followed by a thoughtful discussion around three questions on anger:

1. Anger affects both the mind and the body. How can we avoid acting unwisely when we feel angry?

2. How do we respond to the anger that naturally arises after experiencing a terrible act, such as the brutal murder of a loved one?

3. How do I live with the memory that my father was executed in front of me, while the person responsible still lives in my community and I see him regularly?
