    Amy Reczek is a sales and communication strategist, certified in nonverbal communication, with a psychology degree and seventeen years in sales. She is the founder of Sales and Presence, where she helps companies and individuals show up with confidence, clarity, and full authenticity.

    Amy grew up with a father who left quotes on sticky notes in her lunchbox and on the bathroom mirror, sparking a love for words that led her to vocal training, theater, and choir all the way through college.     Lisa Sitze is an author and advocate whose life's work grew out of a question she spent decades trying to answer: why, no matter how hard she worked on herself, something still felt broken. The answer came when her mother was diagnosed with narcissistic personality disorder, and everything Lisa had experienced as a child finally had a name.     The turning point came when Lisa was in her 20s, curled on the floor with her knees to her chest, rocking back and forth, while her one-and-a-half-year-old daughter stood over her patting her back and saying, "It's okay, Mommy."
