Amy Reczek is a sales and communication strategist, certified in nonverbal communication, with a psychology degree and seventeen years in sales. She is the founder of Sales and Presence, where she helps companies and individuals show up with confidence, clarity, and full authenticity.

Amy grew up with a father who left quotes on sticky notes in her lunchbox and on the bathroom mirror, sparking a love for words that led her to vocal training, theater, and choir all the way through college. That same upbringing planted something deeper: a practice of presence, of paying close attention to what is happening right in front of you. Alongside that, Amy was born with a congenital heart defect, and has lived her entire life with the awareness that health is not a given. She has had three open heart surgeries, and there will be more. That reality has never stopped her. It has only sharpened how she moves through the world.
