  • Why Sensitive People Feel Exhausted All The Time
    2026/04/13

    Have you spent years wishing you could just feel normal? I spent a long time there too. And I want to tell you what that wish actually costs you.

    Sensitive bodies aren't broken. They're running in the wrong mode. The exhaustion you feel isn't from feeling too much. It's from the constant labor of trying to feel less. Suppression is not rest. It's twice the work with no completion point, because the inputs don't stop coming.

    In this episode, I'm talking about what actually happens when sensitive people stop fighting their own signal and start leading with it. Faster decisions. Calmer bodies. Relationships that stop draining you. And a sense of self that no longer treats your sensitivity as evidence that something is wrong with you.

    That shift is irreversible. Once you've lived on the other side of it, you can't go back.
