    In this episode we talk to Mike Murphy. We discuss the struggles of start ups, working through the worst of times, and the value of making time for yourself. As well as getting your GED during the pandemic!

    Mike is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ProctorFree, a technology company that provides identity management and on-demand exam proctoring services for clients in the K12, Higher Education, and Corporate Learning spaces.

    Earlier in his career, Mike served in the Army as an Intelligence Analyst and as a defense contractor where he completed three tours in Iraq. Prior to starting his own business, Mike worked as the Marketing Director for a veteran founded startup that focused on training and education in the environmental sustainability and green building space.

    Let's get cerebral! This week we speak to William Treseder. In this episode, we discuss everything from the merit of old movies to how we approach our personal relationships with love and curiosity.

    William is cofounder and Chief Operating Officer at BMNT, a government innovation consultancy. In this role, William drives operational excellence for public sector customers ranging from the National Security Innovation Network and Defense Logistics Agency to the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health.

    William is also the Chief Strategy Officer for the Marine Innovation Unit. He works on the organizational structure and mission set with a focus on Force Design. A reservist organization dedicated to modernization with projects that span topics from emerging technology to human capital..

    William has written extensively on public sector innovation. His publications include TIME, Harvard Business Review, Boston Review, and Breaking Defense. He’s also the best-selling author of Reset. William holds a degree from Stanford University, and an Executive Certification from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business. He lives in Silicon Valley with his wife and two children.
