- Dime / Dígame - this means, "tell me" but it would refer to how they can help you
- Tengo un resfriado - I have cold
- Estoy resfriado/a - I am full of cold
- ¿Qué síntomas tienes? - What symptoms do you have?
- Estoy preocupado/a - I am worried
- Vamos a mirarlo - let's have a look at it
- Puedes hablar más lento, por favor - can you talk slower please.
