• Necesito más medicación / necesito que me actualicen la tarjeta - I need more medication or to update my card.
• Dime / Dígame - this means, "tell me" but it would refer to how they can help you
• Tengo un resfriado - I have cold
• Estoy resfriado/a - I am full of cold
• ¿Qué síntomas tienes? - What symptoms do you have?
• Estoy preocupado/a - I am worried
• Vamos a mirarlo - let's have a look at it
• Puedes hablar más lento, por favor - can you talk slower please.

Difference between Spanish and English

• Body parts - in Spanish they use the article "the" and not "my/your...
