  • Love As Rebellion
    2025/10/23

What if the most radical thing we can do isn’t to climb higher, hustle faster or armor up our hearts—but to double down and love harder? To love deeply, in spite of our pasts, our beliefs and the games we play to protect and estrange ourselves from the best part of this human experience?

In this episode, Gianna encourages the dismantling of the harmful, isolating and limiting stories we’ve inherited about love, describing her decision to chose the rebellious life of living from an unapologetic, hardcore and healed heartspace.

Because love isn’t naïve. It's the bravest move. It’s everything.

    Episode Tidbits:

    1. Love is the most sacred, fulfilling form of rebellion in a world that tells you its better to build a wall around your heart.
    2. Choose the people who can receive the most joyful, most ridiculous, most absurdly loving version of you.
    3. Living from the heart is a spiritual wellness practice for you. It does not require the other person to receive it or reward it. And- it can act as a stellar vibe check for finding your people.

  • Discomfort is an Invitation
    2025/10/23

Discomfort isn’t the enemy—it’s the invitation. In this episode, Gianna explores how leaning into what aches, scares, or stretches us becomes the most potent medicine we can take. When we decide to love the discomfort and move through it anyway, our nervous systems learn safety, our hearts open wider, and we find ourselves on the other side of the walls we built to stay safe.

    Episode takeaways:

    1. Discomfort is a portal, a decision and a point of readiness (even though it may not feel like one).
    2. The brain and nervous system need to learn, through lived experience, that new, scary or uncomfortable events are not life-threatening situations to be avoided at all costs.
    3. When we retrain the brain to see discomfort as neutral (or at least tolerable), we decrease avoidance behaviors that keep us stuck in patterns and increase the likelihood that we take beneficial chances in the future.
    4. "Don't give up" is better advice than you think, and choosing discomfort can help reduce negative emotions surrounding the healthier decisions you want to make for yourself.

  • Welcome to the Show! L.F.G.
    2025/10/14

In this debut solo episode, I dive into the mission behind the podcast— to use the power of storytelling, not only as unhinged entertainment with well-placed profanity, but as a spark that inspires and gives you permission to stop slamming the doors trying to open before you. To choose possibility and expansion over constriction and limitations.

I explore how hearing stories of triumph, failure, curiosity, and audacity can push us out of our brain's curated and cozy comfort zones - the Zone of False Safety and the Zone of False Happpiness - and into inspired action. Whether it’s the little detours or the grand adventures headed straight for your ears, this episode serves as preparation for all the healthy, wild, positive changes to come.

So take a deep breath, open your mind, and stay tuned for stories from myself and others— all in service of your own beautiful, wild and expanded life.
