  • Outro
    2023/08/09

That's a wrap! In this sweet and short outro, Nancy shares a little personal and special message to those who've been listening (or are new). This was a shorter session than planned, but we all have to stop and reprioritize our needs sometimes. Our mental health IS health, and we need to pay attention to what our body is trying to tell us.

As always, if any questions please email the host at: sincerelyatherapistpodcast@gmail.com

This is goodbye! Special thank you to each and every single one of you who have believed and supported this special "baby" along the way. It has grown and created a community of love, connection, and awareness.

    -With Love Always,
    Sincerely, a Therapist
