It was about excitement of learning and connecting with. As time went on, I noticed something surprising. Content creation taught me about inner peace. When I was focused on telling a story or teaching something new, I was not worrying about the past and the future. I was fully present. That calm focus gave me a special kind of happiness."

    "I kept telling myself I should be grateful, I should be okay. But deep down I was not. You know, turning point came when I sat quietly one morning and said to myself, Sarka, it's okay to not be okay. Let's be real now. You know, that simple honesty, it opened a door inside me.     "But as I wrote I started crying because I realized I had been chasing perfection. Because I was already surrounded by blessing. From that day I started to rituals. You know, every night before bed I remind myself three things I am thankful for. Some days it's day, some days it's silly but every day it's. It's healing, you know.
