  • The Illusion of Separation, The Truth of Being with Peter Crone
    2025/05/14

This week Jenny is sitting down with the incredible Peter Crone to explore what it means to live from the heart, even in the face of grief, uncertainty, and change. Peter Crone is a thought leader in human potential, known for helping people break free from the subconscious beliefs that limit their health, relationships, and performance. Working with everyone from elite athletes to everyday seekers, Peter’s work is rooted in the understanding that true freedom begins in the mind. As a transformational coach, speaker, writer, and Ayurvedic practitioner, he invites us into a deeper recognition of our shared humanity—and the possibility of living from a place of peace, wholeness, and authenticity.

In this conversation Peter opens up about losing both of his parents and how that experience became a gateway to deeper compassion, presence, and understanding. Together, they reflect on the relationship between grief and gratitude, and how vulnerability can become a powerful expression of love. They dive into the nature of manifestation and abundance, the difference between the illusory self and true desire, and the importance of community and emotional honesty on the path of self-discovery. Peter reminds us that life isn’t about becoming someone new—it’s about remembering who we already are. This is a conversation for anyone ready to soften, to feel more deeply, and to trust in the wisdom already living within them.

  • UnShaming: Returning to the Wisdom Within with David Bedrick
    2025/04/30

In this conversation, Jenny Jimeno and David Bedrick explore the deep relationship between emotion, identity, and healing—where the body speaks, the heart remembers, and healing becomes a path of coming home to ourselves. David Bedrick is the founder of the Santa Fe Institute for Shame-Based Studies and creator of the UnShaming process. With over 30 years of experience in psychological healing, he’s helped thousands of people around the world free themselves from shame and reconnect with their wholeness. David writes for Psychology Today and is the author of three books: Talking Back to Dr. Phil: Alternatives to Mainstream Psychology and Revisioning Activism: Bringing Depth, Dialogue, and Diversity to Individual and Social Change. His new book is You Can’t Judge a Body by Its Cover: 17 Women’s Stories of Hunger, Body Shame and Redemption.

Together, Jenny and David reflect on how pain and chronic symptoms are not just problems to be solved, but messages carrying emotional truth. Rather than rushing to relieve discomfort, David invites us to slow down, listen, and unearth the deeper meaning behind our struggles. They speak to the way Western psychology often separates mind from body, creating a gap that many of us feel but can’t name. Through grief, not knowing, and emotional connection, we begin to mend that divide and return to something more whole. Healing becomes less about fixing and more about feeling—about honoring the unseen parts of ourselves and recognizing the intelligence in our pain.

David offers a different lens on addiction, mental health, and chronic pain—framing them not as individual failings, but as reflections of collective disconnection and cultural pressure. When we unlearn what we’ve been conditioned to believe and allow ourselves to feel fully, a quiet transformation begins. Intimacy deepens, self-understanding expands, and the distance between us begins to close. This conversation is an invitation to return—to our bodies, to our truths, and to a sense of belonging that can only be found through presence, compassion, and courageous inquiry.

  • Womb Wisdom and The Medicine Within our Journeys with Tami Lynn Kent
    2025/02/26

This episode is a deep dive into the wisdom of the female body, the journey of motherhood, and the power of emotional connection. Jenny sits down with Tami Lynn Kent to explore the profound link between the heart and the womb, highlighting how the body holds its own medicine and intuitive knowledge. Tami is the founder of Holistic Pelvic Care for women and author of Wild Feminine: Finding Power, Spirit & Joy in the Female Body, Wild Mothering and Wild Creative. She is an international teacher and TEDx speaker. Tami is passionate about empowering women in health and teaching them how to cultivate their creative energy in all stages of life through her practitioner training programs and personal sessions.

They dive into the role of creativity—not just for women, but for boys and girls alike—and how embracing feminine wisdom can help shape a more compassionate world. Tammy shares her personal experiences with pregnancy and miscarriage, offering insight into the healing process and the spiritual transformation that can come from loss. They touch on the importance of honoring ancestral wisdom and how healing can ripple across generations. Raising boys, they reflect, comes with the challenge of nurturing their sensitivity in a culture that often suppresses it. The feminine essence, they agree, plays a vital role in creating a healthy balance between strength and emotional depth.

Motherhood, they remind us, is an ongoing journey of growth, expansion, and deep listening—to intuition, to the body, and to the wisdom that has been passed down. Birth stories and maternal experiences shape not just the individual but the entire lineage, making it essential to acknowledge both trauma and healing. They also explore the importance of self-care, the need for mothers to nurture themselves, and the way creativity can be woven into everyday life. Ultimately, this conversation is a celebration of the wild feminine and the journey of freeing the untamed, intuitive self within

  • Embracing Your Light: A Journey to Self-Liberation with Xavier Dagba
    2025/02/12

This week on Ritual of Wild, Jenny sits down with Xavier Dagba for a deep and heartfelt conversation about personal growth, spirituality, and the courage it takes to embrace our true selves. Xavier is a shadow integration facilitator, trauma-informed transformation guide and teacher. His work is about self liberation. He finds deep fulfillment in assisting light workers and thought leaders dissolve the hidden forces that keep them from shining bright and unleashing their expression. His work is psycho-spiritual and bridges Jungian psychology, somatic experiencing, spiritual wisdom and transformational coaching.

In this conversation they explore the fears that hold us back—fear of humiliation, alienation, and even our own brightness—and how self-liberation begins when we stop resisting and start listening to what our bodies and emotions are trying to tell us. Xavier shares his own journey of transformation, highlighting the power of conscious living and the importance of facing both our light and our shadows. They discuss how reconnecting with the divine isn’t something that just happens—it requires curiosity, effort, and a willingness to sit with discomfort. Darkness, as Xavier beautifully puts it, is often unactualized wisdom asking for our attention.

They also touch on the role of the nervous system in carrying unprocessed pain, the transformative journey of parenting, and how living unconsciously can lead to emotional bankruptcy. Parenting, in particular, reveals the parts of ourselves we may have repressed, offering an opportunity for deep healing and self-awareness. At its core, this conversation is an invitation to step fully into authenticity—to trust that it’s safe to express every part of who you are and to embrace both the struggle and the beauty of being human.
