    What if the not-self isn’t something you “think”… but something your body is still carrying?In this short episode, I challenge the most common misunderstanding in Human Design — the idea that the not-self is a mental problem that can be fixed with awareness alone.Instead, I share how the not-self is a body-felt experience, much like trauma.When we’re open in certain areas of our design, we naturally take in energy, emotions, expectations, and pressure from the world around us. That energy is meant to move through us — but when it doesn’t, it gets stored in the body. Over time, we identify with it.
