  • Your Mind Was Never Meant to Be in Charge (E04)
    2026/08/02

About 19 months ago, I reached a point where it felt like everything in my life had fallen apart. I realized I had been in similar places before, repeating some of the same patterns, and I started asking a harder question: What is it about me that needs to change? In this video, I talk through some of the different levels of that process—from learning not to react, to feeling emotions in the body, to realizing that the mind may not be who we actually are. The mind interprets reality. The heart, soul, or deeper essence may be the part that gives us direction.I also talk about how we project fear and energy into relationships, why so many of the “problems” we experience may be judgments and conditioning, and how presence can make us feel calmer, more connected, and more magnetic.Toward the end, I get a little more mystical and explore the idea that our identity may be like an avatar in a game, while the deeper part of us is the one holding the controller. The heart creates the vision. The mind executes.Let's have fun exploring what makes us come alive together at: https://tran.surf

  • 5 Things That Actually Helped Me Stop Overthinking (E03)
    2026/05/03

Some of the most unhelpful advice I’ve found about overthinking is that you’re supposed to somehow stop thinking.I don’t think that’s possible. In this episode, I talk through five things that have actually helped me with overthinking: realizing that stopping thought isn’t the goal, becoming aware of the thought, getting curious about what’s underneath it, feeling the emotion instead of turning it into another mental spreadsheet, and using breath/body awareness to come back to the present. You don’t have to do all of it at once. In fact, I think that usually makes overthinkers overthink even more.Pick one thing. Practice it for a few days. Let it become part of your life.I feel peace doesn’t come from never having thoughts. It comes from not getting dragged around by every thought that shows up.#overthinking #anxietyrelief #selfawareness #emotionalhealing #mindfulnessFor overthinkers ready to shift, visit https://tran.surf

  • What Is Transurfing? The Weird Framework That Helped Me Stop Fighting Life (E02)
    2026/04/23

    What is transurfing, really?

In this episode, I break down transurfing in plain English and explain why it hit me so hard when my life felt chaotic. I talk about anxiety, overthinking, relationship stress, financial pressure, and how this framework helped me stop gripping reality so tightly.

This is not “just think positive and the universe gives you a pony” stuff. It’s about how your internal state shapes the version of life you keep stepping into, and why things start to shift when you stop forcing, chasing, over-explaining, and feeding the same old emotional loops.

    In this episode, I cover:

    • what Transurfing means in simple terms
    • how shifting your state changes your experience
    • why excess importance screws things up
    • what pendulums are and how they keep you stuck
    • inner intention vs outer intention
    • why grounded action works better than panic-driven force

If you’ve been stuck in loops and want a calmer, clearer way to move through life, this one’s for you.

  • Why Thinking Harder Usually Makes It Worse (E01)
    2026/04/13

You’ve probably been thinking about something a lot…

    Replaying conversations.
Trying to figure out the right move.

And somehow, the more you think about it… the worse it feels.

I used to live in that loop.

In this episode, I break down why thinking harder doesn’t actually create clarity—and what starts to shift when you step out of it.
