    On this week's episode of RNT Fitness Radio, I'm joined by RNTer Vishwa, who is now 14 months into her journey. Vishwa recently completed an awesome photo shoot to mark her checkpoint after losing 30 pounds.

    She gives a raw and honest account of where she was before she joined RNT, why she joined, why regaining energy was such an important part of her journey, and why she wanted a lifestyle change more than anything.

    As she heads into her second year with us at RNT, she talks about crystallising the lifestyle solution that she desires over the next year, and also some of the roadblocks that she's faced along the way. We also dive into discoveries around habits and associations that have been with her for decades and how she's managed to unpack that through her journey so far.
