    Dance It Off

    When: Dance It Off will be held on select days from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
    ( 9/16, 9/30, 10/14, 10/28, 11/18, 12/02, 12/16 )

    Location: Houston house, Star Studio (97 W. Lane Ave)

    Israeli folk dancing is a great way to move your body and foster a sense of community with others. This is a fun avenue to de-stress and engage in a creative form of exercise to improve physical and emotional well-being. Join Counseling and Consultation Service for this interactive dancing experience. This workshop, open to all Ohio State students at no cost, aims to promote movement for the purpose of positive mental health and provide a space to connect with others through dance. No experience or equipment necessary!
