When your roots are strong, the storms don't knock you down. And on Thursday, Danielle is going deeper. She'll share what she is personally rooted in and give you tangible ways to grow and strengthen your own roots.

  • 241 | Are You on Mom Life Autopilot? 3 Steps to Stop Losing Your Cool & Start Living On Purpose
    2026/07/16

Danielle unpacks what it really looks like when autopilot takes the wheel in mom life...that scattered, hot-mess feeling of going through the motions, losing your cool more than you'd like, and not even recognizing how you got so out of alignment with who you are. Drawing from Psalm 34:14, she walks through why recognizing this pattern is the first step toward restoring your presence and clarity, and shares the 3-step process for turning away from the overwhelmed, out-of-control version of yourself and moving toward feeling like you again. This episode kicks off a multi-week series on turning autopilot into purpose, one step at a time.

3 Steps to Stop Losing Your Cool and Start Living On Purpose:

    1. Recognize when you're on autopilot — Danielle breaks down what autopilot actually looks like: going through the motions, not present, not intentional, scattered and reactive instead of grounded. She shares how this played out in her own motherhood journey, including the moment things started to unravel — losing her cool with her kids in ways that didn't feel like her...and why simply recognizing the pattern is half the battle.
    2. Turn away from the pattern, not from yourself — Danielle unpacks Psalm 34:14: "Turn away from evil and do good. Seek peace and pursue it." She's clear that "turning from evil" here doesn't mean you are the problem...it means recognizing the actions and defaults that feel out of character, out of alignment with who you truly are, and choosing to turn away from them without judgment or self-doubt.
    3. Seek peace, then actually pursue it — Danielle draws the distinction between wanting peace and pursuing it...you can't just wish for clarity or presence, you have to take action toward it. She shares her own grounding practice for the hardest moments: stepping away to the bathroom mirror and repeating "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" until she found the strength to keep going.

    Scripture to Hang Onto:

  • 243 |Renew Your Mind, Mama: 3 Steps to Break Free From Overwhelmed, Scattered Thoughts
    2026/07/23
Danielle digs into the mindset work behind last week's autopilot conversation… because before your life can change, your thoughts have to change first. Rooted in Romans 12:2 ("do not conform to the patterns of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind"), she breaks down how overwhelmed, scattered thinking doesn't just stay in your head, it becomes your words, your behavior, your habits, and eventually your values and your destiny. Danielle shares her own experience pruning negativity out of her life, the power of affirmations, and how restoring clarity in your mind is the real path back to feeling like yourself again…on purpose, not on autopilot. 3 Steps to Renew Your Mind and Break Free From Overwhelm: Guard your thoughts before they become your reality — Danielle unpacks Romans 12:2 and the idea that our thoughts become our words, our words become our behavior, and our behavior becomes our habits and eventually our values and destiny. She shares how she could always recognize when she'd slipped into an overwhelmed, autopilot pattern by the anger that would surface — a reminder that guarding your mind is guarding your whole life.Prune what's feeding your overwhelm — Danielle gets real about the seasons in her life when she had to intentionally cut out the news, social media, and other sources of negativity and division that were feeding scattered, fearful thoughts. She encourages you to identify what needs pruning in your own life right now so your mind has room for clarity and presence.Feed yourself what you actually want to think — Danielle shares her go-to practice of writing affirmations on Post-it notes and keeping them on her bathroom mirror to intentionally renew her mind daily. She challenges you to think about what you'd want your own children to believe about themselves…and start feeding yourself those same truths…so that restored, on-purpose mindset becomes your new default instead of the version of yourself you don't recognize anymore. Affirmations to Renew Your Mind: Today I choose to embrace joy and let go of negativity.I am worthy of all that I desire.I deserve a life I love.I trust my intuition.I am in control and I create my own reality.I am exactly where I need to be in this season.I am becoming an amazing mom, wife, and friend.I am supported even when I feel alone — God is with me.I am loved by God, and I show His lovE to others I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me - Philippians 4:13 Favorite Quotes to Renew Your Mind: "Your life is a reflection of your thoughts. If you change your thinking, you change your life." — Brian Tracy"Keep your thoughts positive because your thoughts become your words. Keep your words positive because your words become your behavior. Keep your behavior positive because your behavior becomes your habits. Keep your habits positive because your habits become your values. Keep your values positive because your values become your destiny." — Mahatma Gandhi"The happiness of your life depends upon the quality of your thoughts. Therefore, guard accordingly and take care that you entertain no notions unsuitable to virtue and reasonable nature." — Marcus Aurelius"Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts." — Winston Churchill"Believe you can and you're halfway there." — Theodore Roosevelt"Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you'll land among the stars." — Norman Vincent Peale"Once you replace negative thoughts with positive ones, you'll start having positive results." — Willie Nelson"If you want to lift yourself up, lift up someone else." — Booker T. Washington"We must be willing to let go of the life we planned so as to have the life that is waiting for us." — Joseph Campbell"Keep your face always toward the sunshine — and shadows will fall behind you." — Walt Whitman"Remember that the airplane takes off against the wind, not with it." — Henry Ford"The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude, to me, is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill. It will make or break a company...a church....a home. The remarkable thing is we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past...we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude...I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it. And so it is with you...we are in charge of our attitudes." — Charles Swindoll Connect with Danielle: 🌿 Website: prioritizewithpurpose.com 📞 Book a Clarity Call 🎁 Free resources available at prioritizewithpurpose.com ...

  • 244 | Mama, You Are Worthy ~ So Why Do You Feel Less Than Enough?
    2026/07/28

Danielle kicks off a new focus in this ongoing series: worthiness. Building on the rooting in God, autopilot, and renewing the mind conversations from the past few weeks, she opens up about her own struggle with feeling like she had to earn her worthiness...like being a good enough mom was something to prove rather than something already true. This week's challenge is to identify what makes you feel less than: is it something you do or don't do, like an unfinished to-do list, or is it someone in your life whose words or judgment make you question if you're enough? Danielle grounds this week in Ephesians 2:10 and previews Thursday's deep dive, where she'll walk through exercises to help you reclaim your worthiness and let go of unrealistic expectations for good.
