  • From Eating Disorder to Food Freedom Coach: A Journey of Breaking Patterns & Building Purpose
    2026/03/01

On today’s episode I’m joined by the beautiful Hetti Fox for a very honest and expansive conversation about what it really takes to rebuild your life from the inside out.

Hetti shares her journey through anorexia, bulimia, binge eating & imposter syndrome - the moments that broke her open, the patterns she had to confront, and the identity she eventually outgrew. What unfolds is a powerful story of resilience, self-awareness and the courage to choose yourself, even when it means walking away from what feels familiar.

In this conversation, we chat about:

    • the role energetics play in our everyday lives, without us even realising
    • understanding our unique human design and the validation it gives us
    • how being curious over judgemental can help to reframe negative beliefs
    • the societal pressure we feel as women to look a certain way
    • how we learn at such a young age, through generational patterns, that our body is a problem
    • the unrealistic standards set by celebrity & influencer culture
    • the effects of suffering from eating disorders
    • the pain we carry as adults from the bullying we suffered as children
    • finding purpose in your own personal pain
    • how weight loss is not just about shedding kilos, but peeling back the emotional layers that have kept you stuck
    • the shame we can feel as women for eating something that's not deemed "healthy" or viral-worthy

Plus so so much more! This was definitely a conversation that really hit home for me, as someone who has battled weight my entire life, and was severely bullied for it in those young developmental years. I don't think we realise the scars that remain hidden until you start talking about it and feel the resurfacing of old childhood wounds.

Hetti speaks with so much grounded wisdom - not from theory, but from lived experience. This is a conversation about reclaiming your power, rewriting your story, and allowing life’s pivotal moments to shape you rather than shrink you.

If you’ve ever felt the pull toward something more but didn’t know how to trust it, this episode is for you.

  • Lessons From My First Year in Business (The Ones You Don’t See Online)
    2026/02/16

In today’s episode, I’m sharing the lessons that shaped me most during my first year in business - the ones that don’t often get talked about openly.

We hear so much about scaling, income goals, marketing strategies and “quantum leaps”… but far less about the human side of building a business. The emotional growth, the nervous system regulation, the self-doubt, the identity shifts and the inner work required to actually hold what you’re creating.

This episode is a deeper expansion of a post I shared on Instagram - because there’s only so much you can say in a carousel. I felt really called to speak more honestly about what that first year can feel like, especially for those who are leaving secure jobs, backing themselves, showing up online, and navigating the unknown.

In this episode, I elaborate on:

    • why believing in yourself isn’t enough without the right support
    • the non-negotiable role of inner work and nervous system regulation
    • how values shape your decisions, confidence and self-worth
    • navigating imposter syndrome, triggers and unsolicited advice
    • the emotional impact of visibility and social media engagement
    • why other people’s “blueprints for success” aren’t always aligned
    • how every challenge is either a win or a lesson - never a failure

Whether you’re in your first year of business, your second, or simply feeling stretched by growth, this conversation is a reminder that you’re not behind, you’re not failing and you’re definitely not alone.

I’d love to hear what resonates for you - feel free to DM me or leave a comment on the episode.

Thanks so much for being here.

    Enjoy xx

  • The Power Of Turning Wounds Into Wisdom: The Inner Work That Built Bloomin Within
    2026/01/25

On this episode, I’m joined once again by an absolute angel, the founder of Bloomin Within, Maddison Everist.

Maddie has not only become a friend, she has been instrumental in some of the deeper layers of healing in my own life. Through her work in subconscious reprogramming, paired with a range of powerful yet accessible modalities, she supports women in creating real, sustainable change. Much of this work is now available through her recently launched Grounded membership.

I invited Maddie back onto the podcast to share more of her journey, one that saw her navigate over a decade of her own mental health challenges, before stepping into the work she now does supporting women all over the world. Through 1:1 sessions, group containers, live community events and co-facilitating retreats both here in Australia and abroad, Maddie’s work is grounded in lived experience.

Our conversation went deep, and some of the themes we explore include:

    • powerful practices that create sustainable change
    • the importance of regulating & building resilience in the nervous system
    • being resourced enough to navigate self-sabotaging behaviours
    • subconscious reprogramming for anxiety & depression
    • how our beliefs dictate our thoughts, our thoughts dictate our emotions and our emotions create a habit
    • how a silent meditation retreat peeled back the layers which led to healing
    • the chaos that your mind creates
    • navigating friendships through personal transformation
    • the power of scripting "as if"
    • the mind doesn't understand future
    • how we are wired for negativity bias which unintentionally makes us focus on what we don't want
    • plus so so much more!!

Maddie is a true embodiment of her work. She heals and supports others from a place of deep personal experience, and it’s from this adversity that her desire to create the Grounded membership was born - a space designed to support people through their healing journeys in a way that feels nurturing, practical and accessible.

This is one of my favourite conversations to date, and I have no doubt you’ll walk away with a deeper understanding of yourself and the inner world you’re navigating.
