Welcome to Phoenix healing Journal # Have you ever sat down and really reflected on yourself? No like really really reflected? How difficult it is to know ourselves as Human beings when everyone around you is always telling you what you should be like. How well would you say you know yourself ? At the very core. I have been battling with this, my identity. I find that my true self was rejected severally growing up so i had to mask my family in order to be in a safe environment. Now I grow up to continue that behavior with every relationship I find myself in, it makes it hard to find genuine friends, and be true to myself when needed. Now that I have been healing I force myself to question all behaviors and most recently I’ve found myself asking, do I know myself?
