We're two survivors with questionable coping mechanisms who turned trauma into a podcast because therapy alone wasn't enough. We're here to vent, overshare, call out toxic nonsense, and laugh through the darkness. But we're not just telling our story; we're showing you the receipts. We expose narcissistic abuse through actual texts, voice recordings, and videos: the evidence they never thought we'd share. This podcast is for anyone who's clawed or is clawing their way out of narcissistic abuse, emotional manipulation, or the kind of relationship that burns you down from the inside out. We talk real, we talk raw, we talk 90% in F bombs. So get ready, because rising isn't always graceful, but it is powerful. This is our rebirth, our reckoning, and our reminder that we don't just survive. We rise from the flames. Trigger warning! We'll be discussing sensitive topics in this podcast. We're here to validate, not treat. Please seek professional help if you need it.2025 Phoenix, Bitch! 人間関係 心理学 心理学・心の健康 社会科学 衛生・健康的な生活

"The Journey, The Evidence, and What Comes Next"

The powerful season finale reflects on Amy's journey through 2023. Amy opens with gratitude for the cathartic process of telling her full story and reiterates her mission: if it wakes up or saves one person, it's worth it. She emphasizes compassion for narcissists while acknowledging they can be dangerous, noting she spent 18 months testing Gary's patterns. The episode reviews key lessons from each major event—finding her support network, learning to protect herself earlier, cutting losses sooner, and recognizing suicide threats as manipulation. Amy shares never-before-heard evidence including Gary's tortured notes to himself, his attempts to contact strippers while destroying Amy, Shannon's attempts to retrieve her belongings, Gary's 34-question "polygraph" list, emails vilifying Amy, Easton's phone hacking incident, the "let's go fuck" bar story breakdown, and Gary's 12-minute drunk monologue about his victimhood. The episode concludes with a heartbreaking text from 13-year-old Zoe, a preview of Season 2 featuring Misi's escape story, and explosive footage from 2020 showing Gary's baiting tactics.

    2025/11/10

"Silent Night, Violent Night: A Holiday Chronicle of Good Tidings and Fatal Realities."

The emotional finale of Amy's 2023 story, covering December through New Year's Eve. Amy opens with photos from happier times to illustrate the "mind fuck" of loving someone toxic. December brings Gary's wild oscillations between vicious attacks (calling Amy evil, shaming her spending) and desperate love-bombing when she pretends to have pneumonia. On Christmas Day, Gary is hospitalized with liver failure from drinking 64 ounces of vodka daily. He promises rehab but backs out, threatening to "get fucked up" if Amy doesn't cancel her New Year's Eve plans. Gary follows Amy to Kemah, forcing her to flee. Back at the house on December 31st, Gary shoots up and collapses. Amy waits three hours before calling 911. The episode concludes with Amy reading her own heartbreaking journal entries and eye-opening notes found on Gary’s devices.

  • S1 E8 - I'll Trade You Fentanyl for Files
    2025/11/03

    "When Addiction Meets Extortion"
This episode covers mid-November through early December 2023, opening with two powerful journal entries from July 4th that show Amy's conflicting emotions—deep love for Gary's son and grief over leaving, followed by unexpected empathy for Gary's inability to self-reflect. As Thanksgiving approaches, Gary escalates his fake suicide threats while holding Amy's irreplaceable client files hostage in a Houston storage unit. The central crisis occurs when Amy retrieves the files only to discover them thrown into a construction trash bag—original wills, trust agreements, and attorney notes destroyed and disorganized. Her explosive text response catalogs the full scope of Gary's sabotage of her 20-year legal career. Gary then demands Amy bring him fentanyl in exchange for her remaining belongings, immediately adding meth to the order. Amy executes a dangerous plan: using the meth to keep Gary distracted while packing her possessions through the night with friend Luke's help. The episode's turning point comes when Amy, back in Austin, realizes she used drugs from the same bag as fentanyl. For the first time in her addiction, she flushes her remaining stash, choosing self-love and sobriety. Gary's response reveals he never believed her vulnerability was real, demanding more drugs and maintaining his delusion that her genuine love "wasn't real."
