You will uncover what is really keeping you stuck and learn how to move your dream forward with more clarity, confidence, and a simple plan that works inside your real life.

Register today and stop carrying the dream without planting it.

What if the reason you have not made progress on your big dream is not procrastination? What if you are judging a seed as though it should already be a tree?

In Part 1 of this series, we are talking about why God-given dreams often begin as small ideas, visions, burdens, or problems you feel called to solve. You may be able to see the outcome in your mind but still lack the clarity, confidence, resources, or personal development plan to make it happen.

Your big dream may be small in its beginning, but it is big in its potential. The seed may not look like the tree, but everything needed for the tree is already contained within it.

You are not behind because your dream still looks small. You may not be struggling with motivation or trying to figure out how to stop procrastination. You may simply need to plant what God has already placed in your hands.

As I share in this episode:

“My dream is a seed. My responsibility is not to produce the entire harvest today. My responsibility is to plant what God has placed in my hands.”

This episode will help working women overcome self-doubt, strengthen their self-confidence, gain clarity, and take the first meaningful action toward their big dream. It is a reminder that identity in Christ comes before performance and that small, consistent action can create powerful progress.

You started the year excited, focused, and believing 2026 was going to be your year, but somewhere along the way, life got loud, fear crept in, self-doubt started talking, and your big dream quietly ended up back on the shelf.

But what if procrastination is not the real problem?

I’m asking you five honest questions to help you uncover what has really been keeping you stuck, what it has cost you, and how to get back in motion. If you are a Christian woman in business, a purpose-driven working woman, a God-led CEO, or a woman with a dream that still matters, this conversation will help you stop avoiding the next step and start moving again with clarity and confidence.

We talk about why procrastination is often connected to fear, self-doubt, identity, and unbelief, and why it is so important to name what is really happening so you can build confidence and take action. Your dream is still yours. The appointed time has not passed. But the next six months will look exactly like the last six unless you decide that something has to change.

Permission to Stop Performing and Start Healing

Take the free Confidence Quiz to discover where your confidence foundation stands right now.

How many times have you said, “I’m okay,” when you were not okay?

This episode is for the Christian woman in business, God-led CEO, marketplace leader, or Christian entrepreneur who has been performing strength while silently feeling tired, overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally drained.

In this final episode of the Whole Woman, Strong Leader May series, we are talking about mental health, self-confidence, self-doubt, identity in Christ, and why identity before performance matters when you are trying to lead, build, serve, and grow without losing yourself.

You will learn why pretending to be okay is not the same as being healed, how emotional suppression can weaken your confidence, and why admitting you are not okay is not weak faith. It is mature faith.

I’ll walk you through a simple framework to move through the messy middle: name it, create space, and build a plan that supports healing instead of performance.

This episode will help you stop performing, start healing, and lead from peace instead of pressure.

You are not too broken. You are not too far gone. And you are not alone.

A Biblical Conversation on Anxiety, Depression, Faith, and the Renewing of Your Mind, Part 5

Take the free Confidence Quiz to discover where your confidence is right now and what may be keeping you from leading with clarity, peace, and purpose.

Somewhere along the way, the church got quiet about what happens in the minds and hearts of women who are trying to build something, lead something, serve well, and hold everything together. And that silence has left too many women believing that struggling with anxiety, exhaustion, self-doubt, or emotional depletion means their faith is not strong enough.

Sis, we are dismantling that lie.

In this episode, I talk about what the Bible says about mental health and show you why God has never been silent about the state of your mind. We look at Scriptures like Romans 12:2, Philippians 4:6-7, 1 Peter 5:7, Psalm 42, Psalm 34, 1 Kings 19, and 2 Timothy 1:7 to see how the Bible speaks directly to anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, fear, exhaustion, identity in Christ, and the renewing of your mind.

This episode is for Christian women in business, Christian entrepreneurs, marketplace leaders, God-led CEOs, and ambitious women who look strong on the outside but feel mentally, emotionally, or spiritually drained on the inside.

We talk about why mental health is not the absence of struggle, why unmanaged mental health affects your leadership, relationships, body, faith, and business, and why seeking support is not a lack of faith. It is stewardship.

Because your confidence and your mental health are more connected than you think. And before you can build confidence, grow your capacity, make more income, create more impact, and lead with more influence, you have to stop suffering in silence and start tending to the mind God gave you.

Everybody's Talking About Setting Boundaries and Protecting Your Peace, but What Does God Actually Say About It?

Welcome to the Mental Health Awareness Month for Christian Women in Business!!! Part 4

We are continuing our Mental Health Awareness Month series, Whole Woman, Strong Leader, with a powerful conversation on boundaries as a mental health strategy with Dr. Chrissy J.

This is not the culture’s version of boundaries where we build a wall, protect our peace, and cut everybody off. This conversation is about godly boundaries according to Proverbs 4:23- Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it. It is about knowing what God has assigned to you in this season, what you are called to steward, and what you may need to release so you can live, lead, mother, create, and build from a healthier place.

Dr. Chrissy J. is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, therapist, Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy, and founder of The Sacred Studio Podcast. She specializes in maternal mental health, women’s reproductive health, family dynamics, and helping women find emotional rest, joy, and fulfillment.

In this episode, we talk about why boundaries are not just about saying no. Boundaries are about clarity, values, identity in Christ, emotional regulation, mental health, and asking yourself: does my time, energy, and attention actually reflect what I say I value?

Dr. Chrissy J. walks us through her boundary framework: value, narrative, accountability, and let go. We talk about recognizing the narratives driving your choices, holding yourself accountable first, and learning how to release the version of the season you thought you were supposed to be in.

This episode is for Christian women in business, Christian entrepreneurs, marketplace leaders, female leaders, mothers, creatives, and God-led CEOs who are learning how to build confidence, protect their mental health, and lead from wholeness instead of exhaustion.

    2026/05/13

Identity-Based Leadership Is Not a Soft Skill — It's Your Most Powerful Business Growth Strategy

Welcome to the Mental Health Awareness Month for Christian Women in Business!!! Part 3

Take the free Confidence Quiz to discover where your confidence really is right now and what may be keeping you stuck in self-doubt, performance fatigue, or emotional overwhelm. This is your starting point for becoming the whole, confident, emotionally regulated leader God designed you to be.

From the outside, you looks confident, prepared, and in control. But behind closed doors, you're exhausted, second guessing yourself, emotionally drained by business metrics, and wondering why success still does not feel like peace.

In this episode of Personal Development for Christian Women in Business, I’m talking about why so many female leaders are leading from performance instead of identity, and how that impacts confidence, emotional regulation, mental health, and the nervous system.

Sis, the problem is not that you are weak, ungrateful, or incapable. The problem may be that your identity has become too attached to your KPIs, revenue, productivity, leadership performance, and results.

I break down the difference between The Whole Woman and The Performing Woman. The Whole Woman leads from identity, peace, and clarity. The Performing Woman leads from pressure, proving, and output. And while they may look the same on the outside, the foundation is completely different.

If your confidence rises and falls with your business metrics, if rest feels hard, if your nervous system stays on high alert, or if you feel like you are always performing for worth, this episode will help you pause and ask the deeper question:

Am I leading from identity or am I performing for approval?

Your peace was never meant to depend on performance. Your confidence was never meant to be held hostage by outcomes. And your identity was never meant to be built on business metrics.
