  • 82| From Budgeting to Building Wealth: What Christian Women in Business Need to Know About Money w/ Bethlyn Brookes, CFP
    2026/04/29

You like making money. You like spending money. But are you actually building wealth, or are you just recycling your income every single month?

In this episode of Personal Development for Christian Women in Business, we are having a real and necessary conversation about money, budgeting, investing, stewardship, and building wealth from a faith-led perspective. Because sis, some women are making more money than they ever have before, but still feel like they do not have anything to show for it. Not because they are not smart. Not because they are not capable. But because many of us were taught how to work, earn, spend, and survive, but we were never truly taught how to build wealth.

And for Christian women in business, this conversation is not just about dollars and cents. It is about stewardship. It is about capacity. It is about clarity. It is about learning how to manage what God has already placed in your hands so you can build a God-led business, make confident financial decisions, and create more income, more impact, and more influence without being controlled by fear, self-doubt, or lack of knowledge.

Today, I am joined by special guest Bethlyn Brooks, a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional with more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Bethlyn has served in both corporate and personal finance roles, including Vice President and Senior Financial Planner at firms such as Bank of America, Ernst & Young, and Facet Wealth. She currently serves as a Financial Planning Counselor at Fisher Investments and is passionate about helping individuals and families make confident financial decisions, plan for the future, and steward their resources with intention.

In this conversation, we talk about what a financial planner actually does, who they help, why budgeting matters, how to start thinking differently about your money, and what Christian entrepreneurs need to understand about building wealth. We also discuss investing, retirement planning, business profits, financial literacy, and why it is never too late to begin making wiser money moves.

If you are a Christian woman in business, a God-led CEO, a female founder, a marketplace leader, or a woman who wants to make money online, grow her business, and build wealth with wisdom, this episode will help you think differently about your relationship with money. Because business growth is not just about making more. It is about managing more. Stewarding more. And becoming the kind of woman who can carry more without losing her peace, her purpose, or her identity in Christ.

  • 81 | The Artificial Intelligence Revolution May Replace Your Job, But It Cannot Replace Your Kingdom Calling
    2026/04/23

Everybody is talking about the artificial intelligence revolution and how artificial intelligence is changing the world, but as Christian entrepreneurs, female founders, and female CEOs, we cannot afford to let disruptive technology shake our identity, our confidence, or our spiritual calling. In this episode, we are reframing the conversation around AI and asking a deeper question: yes, artificial intelligence may replace certain tasks or even jobs, but can it replace who God created you to be? The answer is no.

This conversation is for the woman who feels the pressure of a rapidly changing world and is wondering how to lead under pressure without losing her peace. If you have been battling self-doubt, feeling uncertain about your value, or questioning where you fit as technology evolves, this episode will help you come back to truth. Your worth was never rooted in a job title, your output, or your performance. Your value is rooted in your identity in Christ. That is why this episode is also a reminder to choose identity before performance, build confidence from the inside out, and stay anchored in divine intelligence over fear.

We talk about why AI is a tool but not a source, why disruptive technology should not become an idol, and why believers must stay spiritually sharp in this hour. While artificial intelligence is changing the world, it cannot replace discernment, obedience, wisdom, courage, or the leading of the Holy Spirit. AI can produce information, but it cannot carry anointing. It can imitate patterns, but it cannot walk in purpose. And that is why Christian entrepreneurs must stop asking, “Will AI replace me?” and start asking, “How do I use this tool wisely while protecting my calling, my clarity, and my confidence?”

If you are a Christian woman in business, a leader, founder, or CEO trying to make money online while staying faithful to God, this episode will help you renew your mind, strengthen your self-confidence, and reject the fear that culture is pushing. The artificial intelligence revolution is real, but so is the power of God at work in you. You are not behind. You are not irrelevant. You are not unequipped. You were created for this time, and with God’s wisdom, you can lead with clarity, build confidence, and move forward in your spiritual calling without bowing to pressure, panic, or performance.

Why Being Obsessed With Success Can Be a Sin

In this episode of Personal Development for Christian Women in Business, we’re talking to Christian women in business, Christian entrepreneurs, Christian women leaders, marketplace leaders, and every God-led CEO who is building a God-led business while trying to stay rooted in Identity in Christ. If you have ever wrestled with self-doubt, questioned your ambition, or wondered whether your desire for success has started to compete with your devotion to God, this conversation is for you. We’re unpacking the difference between healthy desire and idolatry, and why identity over performance matters so much in business, leadership, and personal development.

This episode explores whether being obsessed with success is actually a sin and why success itself is not the problem. We talk about how God-given desire can be holy, how confidence and self-confidence must be rooted in surrender, and why the real issue is what is happening in your heart while you pursue more. For Christian entrepreneurs and women in leadership, this is a needed conversation about how to build confidence, grow in clarity, and pursue more income, more impact, and more influence without letting success become your identity.

If you are a woman of faith who wants business growth without losing your peace, this episode will help you realign your motives and remember who you are. This is for the woman who wants confidence that is rooted in truth, not applause. The woman who wants self-confidence anchored in God, not performance. The woman who is done letting self-doubt lead and is ready to live, lead, and build from Identity in Christ.

This episode is a personal development conversation for Christian women in business who want to lead with clarity, steward success well, and build a God-led business from a place of obedience. If you are ready to choose identity over performance and pursue success with a surrendered heart, press play.
